Jimmy Baron
Lokomotiv Kuban officials have confirmed the signing of Jimmy Baron (191-G-86, college: Rhode Island). The guard will start the next season in Russia. Jimmy Baron is meant to replace Vlado Ilievski (187-PG-80, agency: Beo Basket) on the roster. Jimmy Baron spent the last three seasons in Spain. He played for Lagun Aro. Last season the guard notched 11.9 points and 2.4 rebounds per game in ACB. He earned All-Spanish ACB Honourable Mention. Jimmy Baron started his pro career in Turkey in 2009. He played for Mersin Belediyesi. His stats read 16.4 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists per appearance in TBL. He participated at TBL All-Star Game. Jimmy Baron also earned All-Turkish TBL Honourable Mention.

Jeff Brooks extends deal with Unicaja - 18 days ago
Unicaja Malaga and Jeffrey Brooks(203-F-89, college: Penn St.) have agreed on terms of contract extension. The forward will spend at least one more season in Malaga. Jeffrey Brooks joined Unicaja at the start of the season. He averaged 7.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game in EuroCup. In ACB his stats read 7.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.2 assists per appearance. Previously Jeffrey Brooks had stints in Russia, Italy.
