Quinn leaves Valencia - Dec 6, 2012

29-year old American point guard Chris Quinn (188-79kg-83, college: Notre Dame, agency: Priority Sports) left Valencia Basket (ACB). In four games he played this season he averaged 9.3ppg, 2.3rpg and 1.5apg. Quinn also played 5 games in Eurocup where he had 5.2ppg and 1.2rpg. He also spent pre-season at the Jazz in NBA earlier that year.
The last season Quinn played at Khimky in Russian PBL. The team played in four different competitions (!!!) that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 21 PBL games last year he had 7.6ppg, 1.9rpg and 1.9apg. He helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team. Quinn also played 2 games in Euroleague where he had very impressive stats: 20.0ppg, 4.5rpg, 2.0apg and 2.5spg. He also played 16 games in Eurocup where he had 7.7ppg, 1.9rpg, 2.6apg and 1.0spg. He contributed to his team winning the Eurocup championship. Quinn also played 18 games in VTB United League where he had 6.4ppg, 2.0rpg and 2.2apg. He contributed to his team making it to the quarterfinals.
The most of 10/11 season Quinn spent at the Spurs in NBA. In 38 games he had just 2.1ppg and 1.1apg. He contributed to his team winning the Southwest Division title. Quinn was tried-out by the 76ers in NBA that season.
In 2006 he was drafted by Butte Daredevils (CBA) in second round (12th overall).
The former University of Notre Dame standoutis in his seventh season in pro basketball.
Quinn received All-Big East 1st Team award back in 2006 at his college time.
Quinn has played previously for four other NBA teams: Miami Heat, Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers and San Antonio Spurs.
