Austin Daye
Defending champion Hapoel Jerusalem (Winner League) inked 29-year old American forward Austin Daye (211-92kg-88, college: Gonzaga, agency: Alti Sport). He played most recently at Galatasaray in Turkish BSL league, but left the team in Jun.'17. In 23 games he recorded 10.5ppg, 4.3rpg and 1.5apg last season. Daye also played 25 games in Euroleague where he averaged 8.7ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.0apg.
The previous (15-16) season he played at Al Manama (Premier League) in Bahrain. Daye helped them to make it to the final. The other team he played that season for was VL Pesaro in Italian Serie A. In 21 games he was the best scorer with impressive 21.2ppg and had 9.0rpg (#2 in the league), 1.9apg, 1.6spg and 1.1bpg. A very good season in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Italian SerieA Import Player of the Year, Forward of the Year and voted to 1st Team. Daye also spent pre-season at the Cavaliers in NBA that year.
In 2009 he was drafted by Detroit Pistons (NBA) in first round (15th overall). Daye attended Gonzaga University and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball.
His college team won WCC Tournament in 2009.
Daye has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Daye has played previously professionally in Russia (Khimki), NBA (Atlanta Hawks, Cleveland Cavaliers, San Antonio Spurs, Toronto Raptors and Memphis Grizzlies) and NBA G League (Austin Spurs and Erie Bay Hawks).

30-year old American point guard Curtis Jerrells (185-88kg-87, college: Baylor) left Hapoel Jerusalem (Winner League). In two games he had 7.5ppg, 2.0rpg, 3.5apg and 1.5spg this season.
