Partizan and Dusan Kecman part ways - Jul 17, 2012

Dusan Kecman
Dusan Kecman (197-F-77, agency: Beo Basket) is no longer a member of Partizan. His contract expired and will not be extended, according to local media. Earlier this month, Partizan parted ways with its longtime captain Petar Bozic (197-G-78). Kecman played 10 Euroleague games last season averaging 6.2 points and 2.5 rebounds. He had almost the same numbers in 27 Adriatic league games. In Serbian league, Kecman added 4.2 ppg and 1.7 apg. He helped Partizan to defend Serbian league title and Cup trophy.
Dusan Kecman returned to Partizan in 2009 from Panathinaikos Athens. He played for the Serbian powerhouse also from 2002 to 2004 and from 2006 to 2008. Kecman has experience from Greece, Turkey, Belgium, Ukraine and from the National Team as well.
According to online media, Partizan offered deal to center Elton Brown (206-C-83, college: Virginia). They gave up on returning Ratko Varda (216-C/F-79).

Mavrokefalidis may be back at Panathinaikos - 12 hours ago

Panathinaikos Athens (A1) is close to sign 32-year old ex-international center Loukas Mavrokefalidis (207-118kg-84) who currently played atAEK Athens. It is actually his comeback to Athens as he has played here before. In two A1 games he had just 2.5ppg, 1.0rpg and 2.0apg this season. Panathinaikos reportedly agreed on terms of contract with Xavier Pascual - 1 day ago

Panathinaikos Athens (A1) is closing on the agreement with 44-year old Spaniard coach Xavier Pascual who coached last time at FC Barcelona Lassa in Spain. Pascual has coached there for the last eleven years. He helped them to win the Supercup and make to league final.
