CSKA Moscow officially adds Christmas to their roster - Oct 31, 2012

CSKA Moscow (PBL) added to their roster 26-year old American guard Dionte Christmas (196-93kg-86, college: Temple). Christmas spent pre-season at Boston Celtics in the NBA. He ended the last season at the Rockets in NBA. But the most of that year Christmas spent at A.G.O Rethymno Aegean in Greek A1. In 26 games last year he was second best scorer with impressive 18.6ppg and averaged 4.4rpg, 3.0apg and 1.6spg (in top 5). A very spectacular season in his career as he was named to Eurobasket.com Greek A1 League All-Imports Team, 2nd Team and All-Imports Team.
His team won Czech Rep. Cup in 2011.
Christmas was also voted All-Atlantic 10 Most Improved Player of the Year and NABC All-NCAA District 3 2nd Team back in 2007 at his college time.
Christmas is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Czech Rep., Israel (Hapoel Afula), Turkey (Mersin), NBA (Philadelphia 76ers), Greece (PAOK Thessaloniki) and Czech Republic (CEZ Nymburk).
Christmas attended Temple University until 2009 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player.
