FINAL Spain - Lithuania 74-72 Spain conquered the title in Radom. They snatched a tough victory over Lithuania in the championship game tonight. Carlos Unanue (192-F-00) sank a three-pointer late in regulation to propel Spain to the triumph. Spain secured a 24:20 lead ten minutes into the game. FINAL Russia - Israel 82-76 Russia conquered the title in Sofia. They overcame Israel in the title game on Saturday. Alexander Shashkov (206-C-00) tallied 22 points and 11 rebounds in the win. Russia piled up a comfortable 49:37 halftime lead. They extended the lead at 13-point mark at the final intermission. SEMIFINALS Spain - Turkey 75-70 Spain outgunned Turkey and joined Lithuania in the Final. Joel Parra (199-F-00) scored 20 points, pulled down 6 rebounds and distributed 4 assists for the winners.
