Estonia - Romania 57-64
Romania outgunned Estonia to clinch the third position in Group A. Romania trailed by two points at the interval. They responded with a 33:24 second half run and sealed the winning outcome. Ionut-Dragos Berceanu (199-F-98) and Andrei Muresen (180-PG-98) had 15 points each for Romania. Ronn Arnar Pehka (184-PG-98) responded with 15 points for Estonia.

Luxembourg - United Kingdom 32-79
England stunned Luxembourg to gain the second position in Group A. Thai Segwai-Lodge (182-G-98) netted 24 points and made 8 steals to pace the winners. Luxembourg ensured a 2-point lead after the first period. But England held their opponents to just 22 points in the next three quarters and sealed the fourth win at the tournament. Carl Wheatle (196-F-98) delivered 16 points for the winners. Mihailo Andjelkovic (179-PG-98) answered with 11 points for Luxembourg.

Scotland - Belgium 45-86
Belgium celebrated the fifth straight victory at the championship. They knocked down Scotland to clinch the top position in Group A. Killian Van Den Langenbergh (194-F/G-98) scored 13 points and grabbed 9 rebounds to lead the winners. Belgium recorded a 42:24 halftime lead and rolled to an easy victory in the second half. Charles Perrier D'Hauterive and Darnell Snyers (181-PG-98) scored 12 points each for the winners. Colin Jackson (198-C-98) responded with 14 points and 9 rebounds for Scotland.

Group B
FYR Macedonia - Georgia 77-87
Giorgi Tsirikidze (196-SG-98) tallied 23 points and 13 rebounds to pace Georgia past FYR Macedonia. Georgia ensured a 38:33 halftime lead and protected it well throughout the second half. Nikoloz Leonidze (188-SG-98) had 22 points in the victory. Viktor Efremovski (191-SF-98) responded with 27 points for FYR Macedonia.

Slovenia - Israel 70-72 OT
Israel needed overtime to overcome Slovenia for the fourth consecutive victory in Group B. Yovel Zoosman (194-SG-98) came up with 16 points and 10 rebounds to pace the winners. Slovenia led by as many as 6 points after the opening frame. They entered the fourth quarter up by nine points. But Israel limited Slovenia to just 6 points in the period and forced overtime. Israel outgunned their opponents 7:5 in the extra period to snatch a tough victory. Gil Aharon Beni (178-PG-98) netted 14 points for the winners. Gaber Ozegovic (195-F-98) answered with 21 points and 15 rebounds for Slovenia.

Group C
Czech Republic - Hungary 65-64
Czech Republic eked out a narrow win over Hungary to improve at 4-0 record in Group C. Martin Nabelek (173-PG-98) provided 18 points to lead the winners. Czech Republic secured a 44:29 halftime lead. Hungary cut the distance in the second half but stopped just one step away from the victory. Michael Kozak and Marko Savid netted 10 points each in the win. Chester Lewis (183-PG-98) responded with 19 points and 11 rebounds for Hungary.

Holland - Bulgaria 64-81
Bulgaria registered the second victory in Group C. They upset Netherlands to occupy the third position in the ladder. Martin Kotsev (191-G/F-98) and Lachezar Dimitrov (184-PG-99) provided 11 points each to pace Bulgaria. They established a 43:31 halftime lead. Bulgaria kept the Dutch counterparts at bay throughout the second half and marched to the victory. Dragomir Enchev and Nikolay Titkov had 10 points each for the winners. Naigel Onuoha (197-F-99) responded with 15 points and 10 rebounds for Netherlands.

Group D
Albania - Montenegro 50-87
Montenegro breezed past Albania to improve at 5-0 record on top of Group D. Ivan Raut (201-F-98) had 22 points for the winning side. Montenegro piled up a 42:19 halftime advantage. They unleashed 45 points in the second half to seal the victory. Milos Popovic (197-C/F-98) produced 20 points and 20 rebounds for the winners. Celis Taflaj (195-G-98) replied with 24 points for Albania.

Switzerland - Portugal 53-40
Noe Lopez (183-G-98) came up with 16 points to pace Switzerland past Portugal in Group D. Portugal and Switzerland were tied at 21 at the interval. Switzerland spurred ahead in the second half. They accumulated a 6-point lead at the final intermission and marched to the victory in the fourth frame. Victor Desponds (178-G-98) netted 14 points in the win. Pedro Costa (188-SG-98) responded with 10 points for Portugal.

Austria - Sweden 55-35
Austria thumped Sweden to improve at 3-2 record in Group D. Jakob Ernst (189-G-98) was responsible for 15 points in the victory. Austria overcame a 5-point deficit after ten minutes of action to take a 2-point halftime lead. They followed with a 21:9 surge in the third term to clear off for good. Peter Hofbauer (194-F/G-98) netted 13 points for Austria. Sami Harun (185-G-98) and Kevin Senghore-Peterson (194-F/G-98) responded with 8 points each for Sweden.

France crowned champions in Podgorica - 1 month ago
FINAL Montenegro - France 68-75 France celebrated title in Podgorica. They upset hosting Montenegro in the championship game today. Killian Hayes (194-G-01) stepped up with 21 points and 8 rebounds to lead les Bleues. France recorded a 28:14 lead after ten minutes. Montenegro worked hard to narrow the deficit at 4-point mark at the final intermission. But France replied with a 19:16 run in the fourth period to capture the trophy.
