Group A
Switzerland - Belgium 52-98
Belgium recorded the second victory in Group A. They crushed Switzerland for 2-1 record. Niels De Ridder (195-F-01) came up with 35 points and 12 rebounds to lead the winners. Belgium piled up a 46:22 halftime lead. They unloaded 52 points in the second half to ease to the win. Aaron Verstraete (200-SF-01) had 15 points in the victory. Marco Mouron (187-SG-01) had 13 points for Switzerland.

Greece - Romania 111-60
Greece knocked down Romania to post the third straight win in Group A. Andreas Tsoumanis (202-PF-01) tallied 20 points and 12 rebounds for the Hellenes. Greece unleashed 62 points in the first half to clear off for good. Nikolaos Rogkavopoulos (202-F-01) produced 17 points for the winners. Constantin Gavriloaia (196-SF-01) had 14 points for Romania.

Belarus - Iceland 78-77
Belarus nipped Iceland to improve at 2-1 record in Group A. Nikita Matsal (186-G-01) came up with 16 points to lead the winners. Iceland enjoyed a 41:34 halftime lead. But Belarus unloaded 44 points in the second half to snatch the win. Jan Marynin (198-PF-01) delivered 13 points in the victory. Veigar Hlynsson (190-PG-01) responded with 26 points for Iceland.

Group B
Bulgaria - Holland 50-69
Netherlands overcame Bulgaria for the third consecutive win in Sofia. Rienk Mast (203-PF-01) came up with 15 points for the Dutch side. Netherlands dominated in the first half. They recorded a 40:26 halftime lead. Netherlands maintained the lead throughout the second half and raced to the victory. Jonas Visser (206-C-01) dropped 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the winners. Aleksandar Stoykov (192-G/F-01) chipped in 10 points for Bulgaria.

Poland - Ukraine 59-57
Poland held off Ukraine for the second win in Group B. Mateusz Kaszowski (182-G-01) came up with 18 points and 7 steals in the victory. Poland and Ukraine were tied at 31 at the interval. Poland jumped to a 4-point lead at the final intermission. Ukraine cut the deficit in the fourth frame but could not avoid the loss. Jakub Ulczynski (195-F-02) had 13 points in the victory. Illia Zaiets (187-SG-01) poured in 16 points for Ukraine.

Denmark - Cyprus 81-69
Denmark opened win count in Sofia. They topped Cyprus in Group B. Patrick Pederson delivered 19 points and 7 rebounds in the win. Denmark used a 24:14 rally in the fourth frame to secure the winning outcome. August Blinkenberg (197-SG-01) had 14 points in the victory. Aineas Jung (200-PF-02) posted 17 points for Cyprus.

Group C
Hungary - Czech Republic 56-66
Czech Republic overcame Hungary to remain unbeaten in Group C. Tadeas Manas (200-C-01) came up with 23 points and 8 rebounds to lead the winners. Hungary recorded a 30:26 halftime lead. But Czech Republic went on a 22:12 run in the third term to spur ahead. They held Hungary to 14 points in the fourth quarter to secure the victory. Nikolaos Noumeros (196-SF-01) finished with 18 points for Czech Republic. Tamas Pallai (192-SG-01) tossed in 12 points for Hungary.

Bosnia - Slovakia 76-69
Bosnia improved at 2-1 record following a tough win over Slovakia. Djordje Topolovic (190-SF-01) accounted for 17 points for the winners. Slovakia enjoyed a 43:39 halftime lead. But Bosnia stiffened defensively in the second half. They held Slovakia to only 26 points after the big break and snatched the victory. Haris Dedajic (184-PG-01) chipped in 16 points for Bosnia. Samuel Horvath (185-PG-01) tossed in 17 points for Slovakia.

Norway - Ireland 56-98
Ireland trounced Norway in Group C action. Six players scored in double digits for the winners. Paul Kelly (186-PG-01) recorded 15 points to lead the Irish side. Ireland went on a 36:16 run in the second quarter to clear off. They held Norway to just 25 points in the second half and coasted to the win. Christopher Fulton (172-PG-02) had 13 points for the winning side. Marcus Barnett (200-PF-01) had 17 points and 13 rebounds for Norway.

Group D
Portugal - Georgia 59-80
Georgia outgunned Portugal for 2-1 record in Group D. Irakli Sulkhanishvili (195-SG-01) stepped up with 17 points in the victory. Georgia opened a 49:33 halftime advantage. They kept Portugal at bay throughout the second half and rallied to the win. Lasha Mikeladze (201-C-01) netted 16 points in the victory. Diogo Gomes (174-PG-01) and Miguel Alves (191-PF-01) banked in 9 points each for Portugal.

United Kingdom - FYR Macedonia 94-52
Great Britain clinched the third victory in a row as they breezed past FYR Macedonia. Mate Okros (197-G-00) stepped up with 22 points for the winning side. Great Britain accumulated a 47:22 halftime advantage. They maintained the lead throughout the second half and marched to the win. Eric Donaldson (191-SF-01) posted 15 points in the victory. Viktor Isajloski (200-PF-01) netted 12 points for FYR Macedonia.

Luxembourg - Kosovo 51-61
Kosovo defeated Luxembourg for the opening win in Group D. Erhan Sholla (197-SF-01) came up with 16 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Kosovo established a 29:25 halftime lead. They went on a 19:9 run in the fourth frame to seal the win. Nderim Ratkoceri (195-C-01) had 12 points and 14 boards for the winners. Noe Melchior (178-PG-01) came up with 17 points and 7 rebounds for Luxembourg.

France crowned champions in Podgorica - 2 months ago
FINAL Montenegro - France 68-75 France celebrated title in Podgorica. They upset hosting Montenegro in the championship game today. Killian Hayes (194-G-01) stepped up with 21 points and 8 rebounds to lead les Bleues. France recorded a 28:14 lead after ten minutes. Montenegro worked hard to narrow the deficit at 4-point mark at the final intermission. But France replied with a 19:16 run in the fourth period to capture the trophy.
