Group A
Romania - Switzerland 74-76
Switzerland snatched a narrow victory over Romania to gain the first win in Sofia. Nicholas Hullinger (194-SF-01) delivered 31 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge. Switzerland posted a 19:6 lead ten minutes into the game. Romania erased the deficit and grabbed a 4-point lead heading into the fourth frame. But the Swiss side sank 21 points in the quarter and forced overtime. Switzerland went for 11 points in the extra period to seal the win. Marco Mouron (187-SG-01) provided 16 points in the victory. Constantin Gavriloaia (196-SF-01) notched 24 points for Romania.

Belgium - Belarus 90-60
Belgium cruised past Belarus for 3-1 record in Group A. Joel Ekamba-Ey'Oombe (191-SG-01) and Haris Bratanovic (208-C-01) notched 17 points each in the victory. Belgium registered a 42:29 halftime advantage. They added 48 points in the second half to march to the win. Niels De Ridder (195-F-01) had 15 points and 14 rebounds for Belgium. Aliaksei Navoichyk (190-PG-01) had 14 points for Belarus.

Iceland - Greece 76-85
Greece registered the fourth straight win in Group A. They beat Iceland to stay undefeated. Nikolaos Rogkavopoulos (202-F-01) posted 17 points and 7 rebounds in the win. Iceland established a 43:37 halftime lead. But Greece unloaded 48 points in the second half and rallied to the win. Andreas Tsoumanis (202-PF-01) and Aristotelis Sotiriou (203-PF-01) had 16 points each for the winners. Veigar Hlynsson (190-PG-01) tossed in 20 points for Iceland.

Group B
Ukraine - Bulgaria 78-56
Ukraine improved at 2-2 record following a comfortable win over Bulgaria. Illia Zaiets (187-SG-01) scored 20 points to lead the visitors. Ukraine posted a 38:31 halftime advantage. They went on a 20:8 run in the third term to open a 19-point lead and never looked back en route to the win. Ihor Serheiev (205-C-01) and Illia Zharikov (203-PF-01) netted 10 points each for the winners. Aleksandar Stoykov (192-G/F-01) tossed in 12 points for Bulgaria.

Holland - Denmark 100-36
Netherlands remained undefeated in Sofia. They coasted past Denmark to climb at 4-0 record in Group B. Tristan Enaruna (204-PF-01) notched 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Dutch team. Netherlands accumulated a 45:18 halftime lead. They added 55 points after the long break to ease to the win. Bas Leyte (203-C-01) netted 16 points for the winners. Andreas Mortensen (186-G-01) had 8 points for Denmark.

Cyprus - Poland 56-88
Poland coasted past Cyprus to gain 3-1 record. Mateusz Czempiel (191-SG-01) netted 19 points in the win. Poland eked out a 42:39 halftime lead. They used a 27:5 run in the third term to clear off for good. Igor Yoka-Bratasz (186-PG-01) and Jakub Ulczynski (195-F-02) tossed in 15 points each in the victory. Viktor Christofidis (190-G-01) chipped in 12 points for Cyprus.

Group C
Ireland - Bosnia 71-97
Bosnia coasted past Ireland to gain the third win in Group C. Six players scored in double digits for the winners. Kosta Kondic (185-PG-01) had 19 points in the win. Ireland posted a 21:17 lead ten minutes into the encounter. But Bosnia erupted for 80 points in the next three periods and claimed a well-deserved win. Deni Radak (198-SF-01) had 14 points in the victory. Nathan Moore (178-SG-01) topscored with 24 points for Ireland.

Czech Republic - Norway 79-42
Czech Republic cruised past Norway for the fourth consecutive win. Nikolaos Noumeros (196-SF-01) notched 16 points and 9 caroms for the winning side. Czech Republic accumulated a 40:22 halftime advantage. They went on a 39:20 run in the second half to seal the win. David Bohm (202-PF-01) delivered 15 points in the victory. Mateusz Nilsen (188-SG-01) had 13 points for Norway.

Slovakia - Hungary 51-67
Hungary beat Slovakia for 3-1 record in Group C. Benedek Kovacs (201-SF-01) produced 16 points in the win. Hungary recorded a 39:28 halftime advantage. They protected the lead throughout the second half and rolled to the win. Peter Filipovity (188-SG-01) netted 13 points in the victory. Samuel Horvath (185-PG-01) banked in 12 points for Slovakia.

Group D
Kosovo - United Kingdom 35-57
Great Britain captured the fourth straight win in Group D. They thumped Kosovo to stay unbeaten. Great Britain accumulated a 33:23 halftime lead. They held Kosovo to just 12 points in the fourth quarter and marched to the win. Mate Okros (197-G-00) and Christopher Feeney (185-SG-01) tallied 13 points each in the victory. Kosovo answered with 16 points and 11 rebounds from Erhan Sholla (197-SF-01).

FYR Macedonia - Portugal 46-55
Portugal knocked down FYR Macedonia to take 3-1 record in Group D. Hugo Ferreira (178-SG-01) was pivotal with 26 points and 11 rebounds in the win. Portugal claimed a 27:21 halftime lead. FYR Macedonia narrowed the gap at 3-point mark at the final break. But Portugal responded with an 18:12 run in the fourth period to secure the win. Diogo Gomes (174-PG-01) netted 9 points for the winning side. Damjan Boshkovski (198-SG-01) replied with 13 points for FYR Macedonia.

Georgia - Luxembourg 77-38
Georgia thumped Luxembourg to gain 3-1 record in Group D. Rati Andronikashvili (190-PG-01) chipped in 14 points in the win. Georgia accumulated a 36:23 halftime lead. They went on a strong 41:15 run after the big break to ice a comfortable win. Aleksandre Merkviladze (201-PF-02) had 13 points and 9 boards in the victory. Felix Vlaminck (188-SG-01) answered with 11 points for Luxembourg.

France crowned champions in Podgorica - 2 months ago
FINAL Montenegro - France 68-75 France celebrated title in Podgorica. They upset hosting Montenegro in the championship game today. Killian Hayes (194-G-01) stepped up with 21 points and 8 rebounds to lead les Bleues. France recorded a 28:14 lead after ten minutes. Montenegro worked hard to narrow the deficit at 4-point mark at the final intermission. But France replied with a 19:16 run in the fourth period to capture the trophy.
