All-Stars - AIS 75:46

Adidas EuroCamp All-Stars selection took on AIS team in Treviso yesterday. The European team claimed a comprehensive victory at the end. Tornike Shengelia (207-F-91) stepped up with 20 points and 9 rebounds to pace the winners.
All-Stars secured a quick start. They piled up a 13:8 lead after ten minutes. All-Stars stretched the margin in the second quarter. They posted a 35:25 halftime lead. The margin grew at 12-point mark midway through the third term. All-Stars then entered the final quarter up by 19 points. They stayed in full control in the final period rolling to the victory at the end. Paul Lacombe (194-G-90, agency: Beo Basket) knocked down 10 points, while Darko Planinic (211-C-90) and Jaime Fernandez (187-G-93) had 9 points each in the win. Emmett Naar (186-G-94) and Ater Majok (208-F-87, college: Connecticut) answered with 9 points apiece for AIS. Ben Richmond (193-G-93) finished with 8 points for the Australians.

FINAL Lithuania - Spain 55-68 Spain celebrated the title in Helsinki. They overcame Lithuania in the championship game tonight. Marc Garcia (199-SF-96) came up with 21 points to lead the champions. Spain broke away in the second frame. They established a 40:32 halftime lead. Lithuania narrowed the deficit in the third term. The Baltic team pulled within 6 points at the final intermission.
