Group A
Portugal - Bosnia 64-73
Bosnia and Herzegovina recoded the fifth straight victory at the tournament. They prevailed against ambitious Portugal to remain undefeated on top of Group A. Jusuf Nurkic (213-C-94) unloaded 30 points and grabbed 17 rebounds for the hosts. Portugal ensured a 39:25 halftime lead. But Bosnia responded with a 48:25 run in the second half to seal the win. Stefan Glogovac (205-PF-94) added 18 points for the winners. Fernando Ferreira (198-F-94) responded with 11 points for Portugal. Ricardo Monteiro (208-C-97) had 10 points in the defeat.

Estonia - Luxembourg 75-68
Estonia edged Luxembourg for the first win in Sarajevo. Brett Nomm (185-PG-94) stepped up with 16 points to pace the winners. Estonia accounted for 33:19 lead after ten minutes of action. Luxembourg cut the deficit in the next quarters and Estonia held on to a narrow win at the end. Hendrik Ruut (191-PG-94) accounted for 15 points for the winners. Bob Melcher (189-G-94) responded with 21 points and 8 rebounds for Luxembourg.

Romania - Belgium 37-75
Belgium thumped Romania for 3-1 record in Group A. Naim El Khounchar netted 20 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and issued 4 assists for the winning side. Belgium earned a 38:18 halftime advantage and never looked back en route to the win. Hans Vanwijn (205-F-95) posted 18 points and 9 rebounds in the victory. Andrei Damian (195-SG-94) replied with 8 points for Romania.

Group B
Austria - Ukraine 54-63
Ukraine registered the fourth consecutive victory at the tournament. They prevailed against Austria to improve at 4-1 record on top of Group B ladder. Vladislav Korenyuk (207-C-94) stepped up with 19 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Ukraine used a 20:10 run in the first quarter and never looked back afterwards. Volodymyr Pishchikov (187-SG-94) had 16 points in the win. Timur Bas (200-PF-94) replied with 23 points and 10 rebounds for Austria.

Finland - Belarus 73-85
Five players scored in double digits to pace Belarus past Finland in Group B action. Yauheni Beliankou (197-F-95) stepped up with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the victory. Siarhei Kazlou (203-F/C-95) delivered 19 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Belarus grabbed a 44:33 advantage at the interval and hung on for the win after the big break. Joonas Lehtoranta (194-SG-94) produced 12 points in the defeat.

Georgia - Holland 51-73
Netherlands outgunned Georgia for 3-1 record in Group F. Netherlands overcame a 3-point deficit after ten minutes of action to celebrate victory at the end. Maarten Bouwknecht (185-PG-94) produced 16 points for the Dutch side. Jito Kok (206-C-94) delivered 15 points in the winning case. Beka Burjanadze (203-PF-94) responded with 17 points for Georgia.

FINAL Greece - Israel 65-56 Greece celebrated Gold in Crete. The Hellenes prevailed against Israel to clinch the title. Antonios Koniaris (196-PG-97) came up with 15 points to lead the champions. Israel silenced the home crowd with a 16:9 start to the game. But Greece quickly picked up the tempo. The Hellenes went on a 17:7 run in the second term to gain a 26:23 halftime lead.
