German National Team are getting ready for the upcoming 2013 EuroBasket Qualifying Round. The training camp is scheduled to take place on May 15-21 in Kienbaum. Head coach Andreas Wagner invited 15 players to participate. They are:

Sarah Austmann (179-G/F-85)
Romy Bar (189-F-87)
Anne Breitreiner (183-G/F-84, agency: LBM Management)
Charmaine Callahan (183-F/C-83)
Sonja Greinacher (193-F-92)
Svenja Greunke (188-F-89)
Roli-Ann Nikagbatse (178-F-84, college: Liberty)
Karolin Holtz (188-C-86)
Lisa Koop (197-C-85, college: Winthrop)

Germany will play in Group D of the Qualifying tournament. They will be opposed by Spain, Sweden, Romania and Bulgaria. Germany tip off their campaign on June 16th. They host Romania in Hagen in the opener.
Last year Germany participated at 2011 EuroBasket in Poland. They lost all three games at the first round and occupied the fourth position in their group.

Stevan Karadzic to take over Serbian National Team - 16 days ago
Stevan Karadzic will take over the Serbian National Team. He will replace Marina Maljkovic (agency: BeoBasket ) at helm. Stevan Karadzic has most recently worked with Enisey Krasnoyarsk. Previously he guided Hemofarm and Crvena Zvezda. Stevan Karadzic used to work with Serbian U20 and U21 National Teams. He was named All-EuroCup Co-Coach of the Year back in 2009.   [read more]

Roberto Iniguez to lead Montenegrin National Team - 1 month ago
2017. Montenegro will face Latvia, Belgium and Russia in Group D. Roberto Iniguez has been guiding Nadezhda Orenburg since 2015. Previously he worked with Valencia and Fenerbahce. He was named All-Spanish LFB Coach of the Year back 2012.   [read more]
