Oostende needed overtime to overcome the 12-point deficit from the opening leg and advance into semifinal stage. The game was mostly controlled by Oostende. Enisey was better in third quarter 18-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening, at least not yet. The game turned upside-down in the last quarter, where Enisey used huge pressure winning it 18-19 getting a tie at the end of regular time. They lost eventually overtime period 7-11. Oostende dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Enisey's 42. American guard Corey Walden (188-92, college: E.Kentucky) notched 25 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and Serbian guard Dusan Djordjevic (193-83, agency: BeoBasket) supported him with 16 points and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 17 points and 15 rebounds by U.S. Virgin Islands-Guyanese center Frank Elegar (208-86, college: Drexel) did not help to save the game for Enisey. American swingman Anthony Hilliard (193-86, college: Elizabeth City) added 20 points for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.

Telekom Baskets reached the next stage of the playoffs despite losing by 10 points in Israel tonight. The game was mostly controlled by Ironi Nahariya. Telekom Baskets managed to win second period 19-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Ironi Nahariya won last quarter 26-17. Americans were the main players on the court. Swingman Scotty Hopson (200-89, college: Tennessee) scored 31 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Yancy Gates (206-89, college: Cincinnati) chipped in 25 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Power forward Julian Gamble (208-89, college: Miami, FL) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 14 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and point guard Josh Mayo (181-87, college: Ill.-Chicago, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) scored 14 points and 4 assists. Four Telekom Baskets players scored in double figures.

Nanterre thumped visiting Usak to advance. The game was mostly controlled by JSF Nanterre. Usak Sportlif was better in third quarter 30-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. JSF Nanterre made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. JSF Nanterre outrebounded Usak Sportlif 39-24 including a 29-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three sinking 19 long-distance shots on high 54.3 percentage. JSF Nanterre looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. American swingman Spencer Butterfield (190-92, college: Utah St., agency: Three Eye Sports) scored 39 points (!!!) to lead the charge for the winners and Mathias Lessort (205-95) chipped in 21 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Greek-American center Zach Auguste (208-93, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and American D'Angelo Harrison (193, college: St.John's, agency: Three Eye Sports) scored 14 points. Four Usak Sportlif players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
