St-Vallier and Le Portel will join ProB while Vanves, SAPELA, Bayonne and
Trappes are relegated to NM2.
In the lower division Final 4 that was held in St-Vallier, last Saturday,
Andrezieux and Boulogne won their semi-finals and are the 2 happy promoted
teams.
Andrezieux 84-79 Prisse-Mâcon (27pts, 11rbs - Wayne Morris)
Boulogne 90-82 Blois (32pts - Aude Pierre-Joseph and 16pts, 14rbs - Herve Jalce)
Besides this Final 4, St-Vallier held also the traditionnal NM1 All-Star game.
The first team (A) was componed by players from the best three teams
(St-VAllier, Le Portel, Charleville). They were facing a selection of players of
the 15 other teams B Team). Finally, the A team won... 106-100 and
Camille Delhorbe (191-G-80) (17pts, 7stl) won the MVP Trophy! Joe Williams
brings the Slam-Dunk contest back to Salon and Delhorbe maintains the 3pts
trophy in the neighbourhood.
And the Golden Palm of NM1, the MVP trophy of the season goes to...
Renaud Brocheray (201-F-80). Congratulations, Mr Brocheray... in a few days
you'll read the Eurobasket.com awards.

NM1:
Season ends
°Poitiers is the champ thanks to a
better point difference over Limoges.
°St-Chamond (12th) and Salon (13th) would have had to play the
promotion/relegation games but St-Chamond let his 12th spot to Challans (6th)
who collected 2 penalty points because of an administrative problem.
°Feurs ends up 14th, Blois 15th, Poissy 16th, and Valence 17th and all those 4
will (maybe!) be relegated.
°Dragan Stipanovic had the statistical season high of the year vs Bayonne with
53 ranking points and an incredible 14/19 at 3 points. All that job has been
done in... only 24 minutes!!
°The MVP of the season is Rasheed Wright (St-Vallier), U21 MVP is Arnauld Thinon
(Poitiers) and best coach is Gregory Thielin (Poitiers)
The All-Star Game:
Team "Limoges-Poitiers-CFBB" 95-103 Team "Rest of Champ"
MVP: Olivier Sulpice (St-Vallier) 20pts, 4ass
Dunk Contest Winner: Jacques Wampfler (Limoges)
