Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of FYR Macedonians who are currently playing abroad.

Bo McCalebb
Bo McCalebb
#1. This week's number one is an international point guard Bo McCalebb (178-85, college: New Orleans, currently plays in Euroleague). He was the major contributor in a Fenerbahce Ulker's victory against the fourth-ranked Panathinaikos (2-2) 73-64 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game. McCalebb recorded 13 points (made all of his six free throws) in a mere 17 minutes on the court. Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul (3-2) is placed second in group A. It's McCalebb's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year: 12.4ppg, 2.2rpg, 2.6apg, 1.8spg, 2FGP: 62.2%(23-37), 3FGP: 25.0% and FT: 83.3% in the five games he played so far. McCalebb is a naturalized American. He is currently a member of the FYR Macedonian senior national team. Strangely McCalebb has never played in FYR Macedonia.

Pero Antic
Pero Antic
#2. Second place goes to an international forward Pero Antic (210-82, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Euroleague). He contributed to Olympiacos' victory against the closely-ranked Armani Milano (2-3) 84-71 in the Euroleague last Thursday. Antic scored 7 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Olympiacos S.F.P. Pireus (3-2) is placed third in group C. This season Antic averages: 5.2ppg, 3.8rpg, 2FGP: 35.7%, 3FGP: 14.3% and FT: 90.9%. He has a dual citizenship: FYR Macedonian and Bulgarian. Antic is in the roster of the FYR Macedonian senior national team.

Predrag Samardziski
Predrag Samardziski
#3. The FYR Macedonian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international center Predrag Samardziski (215-86, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Lithuania. He could not help Lietuvos rytas (1-4) to beat Besiktas (3-2). Samardziski scored 7 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 20 minutes. The fifth-placed Lietuvos rytas lost 67-73 at home to the higher-ranked (#3) Besiktas in the group D of Euroleague. This year Samardziski's overall stats are: 6.8ppg, 4.0rpg in the five games. He is also a member of the FYR Macedonian senior national team.

Marques Green
Marques Green
#4. Point guard Marques Green (167-82, college: St.Bonaventure, currently plays in Euroleague) was not able to help Cedevita (0-4) in their game against Olympiacos (3-2) in the Euroleague. Green recorded 9 points and added 4 passes. But Cedevita (#6) was edged 79-77 on the road by the higher-ranked Olympiacos (#3) in the group C of Euroleague. So far Cedevita lost all four games in the Regular Season. Green's total stats this season are: 6.3ppg, 1.8rpg, 4.5apg and 1.8spg. He is a naturalized American. Green used to play for the FYR Macedonian national team back in 2010. Apparently he has never played in FYR Macedonia.

Vojdan Stojanovski
Vojdan Stojanovski
#5. International guard Vojdan Stojanovski (194-87, currently plays in Ukraine), who plays in the Ukrainian Superleague was not able to secure a victory for BC Donetsk (6-6) in their last game. Despite Stojanovski's good performance BC Donetsk lost 71-79 in Kyiv to the one of league's weakest teams (#13) BC Kyiv. He scored 12 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 26 minutes. It was BC Donetsk's third consecutive loss in a row. This year Stojanovski has relatively solid stats: 12.4ppg, 3.9rpg, 2.9apg and 1.3spg in the eight games. He plays currently for the FYR Macedonian national team.

Vlado Ilievski
Vlado Ilievski
#6. Point guard Vlado Ilievski (190-80, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Adriatic League) is a teammate of previously mentioned Marques Green. But that was another game of his team in Adriatic League which we would like to mention. Ilievski contributed to a 2-point Cedevita's victory against the league leader Igokea (6-1) 78-76. He recorded 6 points in 16 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. KK Cedevita Zagreb (5-2) is placed third in the Adriatic League. This year Ilievski's total stats are: 3.3ppg and 1.1apg in the seven games. He is an international player who is currently on the senior FYR Macedonian National Team roster.

Bojan Krstevski
Bojan Krstevski
#7. Former U20 international power forward Bojan Krstevski (205-89, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Greece) couldn't help Kavala (0-4) in their game against Apollon Patras (1-3) in the Greek A1. Krstevski cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 2 points. The bottom-ranked Kavala was edged 80-79 in Patra by the higher-ranked Apollon s (#11). So far Kavala lost all four games in the Regular Season. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. Krstevski has averaged so far 7.8ppg and 5.3rpg. He used to play for the FYR Macedonian U20 national team three years ago.

The list of other players, who all have FYR Macedonian passport but never been selected to any of FYR Macedonian national teams:

#1. Jovan Zdravevski (197-F-80, currently plays in Iceland) led Stjarnan to a double overtime (!!!) victory against one of league's weakest teams Njardvik (1-4) 115-108 in the Icelandic Dominos League on Thursday night. Zdravevski scored 15 points, grabbed 4 boards, passed 4 assists and added 4 steals. Stjarnan (4-1) is placed second in the Dominos League. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Zdravevski is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fifth year in Stjarnan's roster. He has reliable stats this season: 10.5ppg, 2.0rpg, 2.8apg and 1.3spg. Zdravevski has a dual citizenship: FYR Macedonian and Icelandic.

#2. Tomcho Sokolov (205-F/C-84, agency: Prossin Sports Management, currently plays in Turkey) led Pi Koleji to a victory against the third-ranked Usak (4-1) 77-71 in the Turkish TB2L (second division) last Friday. Sokolov scored 13 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Pi Koleji Ankara (3-2) is placed tenth in the TB2L. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Sokolov has reliable stats this year: 10.2ppg, 5.6rpg and 1.2apg.

#3. Cedi Osman (195-SG-95, currently plays in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TB2L (second division) could not help Pertevniyal (2-3) to beat Gelisim (3-2). He scored 8 points in 29 minutes. Pertevniyal lost 66-75 on the road to the higher-ranked (#8) Gelisim. It was Pertevniyal's third consecutive loss in a row. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. Osman has reliable stats this year: 13.4ppg and 2.0rpg in the five games he played so far. He is another player who holds two passports: FYR Macedonian and Turkish. Despite Osman's FYR Macedonian nationality, he currently plays for the Turkish U18 national team and is not eligible to play for the FYR Macedonian team.

#4. Pance Ilievski (186-G-81, currently plays in Iceland) was not able to help KFI (0-0) in their game against Thor Thorl (3-2) in the Icelandic Dominos League. Ilievski scored 7 points and added 3 passes in 23 minutes. KFI was crushed 128-84 at home by the lower-ranked (#5) Thor Thorl. Ilievski has been at the team for six years. He has averaged so far 5.2ppg, 1.5rpg, 2.3apg and 1.3spg in the six games.
