Here is the weekly review of the top performing FYR Macedonian players, who play currently abroad.

Pero Antic
Pero Antic
#1. This week's number one is an international forward Pero Antic (210-82, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Greece. He could not help Olympiacos (0-1) in their last game. Despite Antic's good performance the eighth-placed Olympiacos lost 74-82 on the road to the higher-ranked (#3) Caja Laboral in the group F of Euroleague. He was the second best scorer with 13 points. Antic also added 4 rebounds and 4 assists in a mere 19 minutes on the court. This year Antic averages: 5.9ppg, 3.3rpg, 2FGP: 44.0%, 3FGP: 24.3% and FT: 84.2% in the 11 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: FYR Macedonian and Bulgarian. Antic is currently a member of the FYR Macedonian senior national team.

Marques Green
Marques Green
#2. Second place goes to former international point guard Marques Green (167-82, college: St.Bonaventure, currently plays in Adriatic League), who plays in Croatia. He was not able to help Cedevita (9-6) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Green's very good performance Cedevita was defeated 85-77 in Kragujevac by the lower-ranked Radnicki KG (#8). He scored 15 points and added 4 assists. Green is currently third on the list of most steals. His overall stats this season are: 6.9ppg, 1.5rpg, 2.9apg, 1.9spg, 2FGP: 25.0%, 3FGP: 48.1%(26-54). Green is a naturalized American. He played for the FYR Macedonian national team in 2010. Strangely Green has never played in FYR Macedonia.

Bo McCalebb
Bo McCalebb
#3. The FYR Macedonian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international point guard Bo McCalebb (178-85, college: New Orleans, currently plays in Turkey). McCalebb contributed to a 3-point Fenerbahce Ulker's victory against one of league's weakest teams Antalya (2-10) 86-83 in the Turkish TBL in Saturday night's game. He scored 10 points. Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul (11-1) is placed first in the TBL. It was his team's seventh consecutive victory in a row. It's McCalebb's first season with the team. McCalebb has relatively good stats this year: 13.7ppg, 2.0rpg, 3.1apg, 2FGP: 55.1%(27-49) and FT: 87.1%. He is a naturalized American. McCalebb is also a member of the FYR Macedonian senior national team. Apparently he has never played in FYR Macedonia.

Vojdan Stojanovski
Vojdan Stojanovski
#4. Guard Vojdan Stojanovski (194-87, currently plays in Ukraine) led BC Donetsk to a victory against one of league's weakest teams BC Odessa (5-16) 102-90 in the Ukrainian Superleague last Sunday. Stojanovski recorded 17 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 23 minutes. BC Donetsk (10-9) is placed eighth in the Superleague. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Stojanovski has relatively solid stats: 12.0ppg, 3.1rpg, 2.4apg and 1.3spg in the 13 games. He is also FYR Macedonian national team player.

Predrag Samardziski
Predrag Samardziski
#5. International center Predrag Samardziski (215-86, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Lithuania) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Lietkabelis (5-5) crushing them 114-66 in the Lithuanian LKL on Thursday night. Samardziski scored 7 points. Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius (4-2) is placed eighth in the LKL. Samardziski's overall stats this season are: 7.5ppg, 2.5rpg, 1.3apg and 1.3spg. He plays currently for the FYR Macedonian national team.

Vlado Ilievski
Vlado Ilievski
#6. Point guard Vlado Ilievski (190-80, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Adriatic League) is a teammate of previously mentioned Marques Green. But that was another game of his team in Adriatic League which we would like to mention. Ilievski managed to help KK Cedevita Zagreb in a victory against the closely-ranked Buducnost (8-7) 84-75. He scored only 4 points in 21 minutes. KK Cedevita Zagreb (9-6) is placed fifth in the Adriatic League. This year Ilievski's overall stats are: 4.4ppg and 1.6apg in the 15 games. He is an international player who is currently on the senior FYR Macedonian National Team roster.

The list of other players, who all have FYR Macedonian passport but never been selected to any of FYR Macedonian national teams:

#1. Michael Wilkinson (204-F-81, agency: Interperformances, college: Wisconsin, currently plays in Russia) led Unics Kazan to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Triumph Lyubertsy (3-6) crushing them 93-68 in the Russian PBL on Friday night. He had a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 10 rebounds. Wilkinson also added 3 assists in 27 minutes. It was his first game for Unics Kazan this season. His team is placed sixth in the PBL. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Wilkinson is a naturalized American. Apparently he has never played in FYR Macedonia.

#2. Cedi Osman (195-SG-95, currently plays in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TB2L (second division) could not help Pertevniyal (6-8) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Osman's very good performance Pertevniyal was defeated 90-81 at home by the much higher-ranked Maliye Milli (#4). He was the top scorer with 16 points. Osman also added 6 rebounds. Osman has reliable stats this season: 13.7ppg, 3.6rpg and 1.1spg. He has a dual citizenship: FYR Macedonian and Turkish. Despite Osman's FYR Macedonian passport, he currently plays for the Turkish U18 national team and is not eligible to play for the FYR Macedonian team.

#3. Nemanja Temelkovski managed to help KK Sloboda Uzice in a victory against the 14th-ranked Sloga (3-11) 84-69 in the Serbian A League on Saturday night. Temelkovski scored only 3 points in 1 minutes on the court. KK Sloboda Uzice (9-5) is placed third in the A League. This year Temelkovski averages just 1.5ppg in the two games he played so far.
