The biggest surprise of round 10 was guest Lirija's (#2) road victory over Kumanovo 2009 (#4) 79-78 on Saturday evening. Kumanovo 2009 was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 12-point lead after three quarters before a 26-13 charge of Lirija, which allowed them to win the game. They made 23-of-29 free shots (79.3 percent) during the game. 25 personal fouls committed by Kumanovo 2009 helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Montenegrin power forward Balsa Radunovic (207-80, agency: Interperformances) fired 19 points for the winners. American forward Jeremy Price (203-88, college: Georgia) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Serbian center Uros Lukovic (212-89) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds for lost side. Kumanovo 2009's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Lirija have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 7-3 record behind leader Kozuv, which they share with Feni Indistrija. Kumanovo 2009 at the other side keeps the fourth place with four games lost. Lirija is looking forward to face ABA Strumica (#5) at home in the next round. Kumanovo 2009 will play against Feni Indistrija in Kavadarci and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Pelister Bitola can celebrate finally their first win this season after nine consecutive loses. They used home court advantage to defeat Vardar (2-8) 89-80. Worth to mention a great performance of Serbian center Aleksandar Kalanj (208-86) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds. Zoran Petkovski contributed with 20 points for the winners. Darko Kostevski (-86) replied with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds for Vardar. Vardar's coach Branko Andrievski tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. It was the only win of host team this round and in all other games visitors recorded victories. Pelister Bitola maintains eighth position with 1-9 record. Vardar at the other side keeps the seventh place with eight games lost. Pelister Bitola will play against higher ranked Fersped-Rabotnicki (#6) in Skopje in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Vardar will play on the road against the league's leader Kozuv having rather not much hope for a victory.

Slobodan Bozovic scored 20 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners. At the losing side Uros Vasiljevic responded with 21 points. Kozuv (8-2) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position. Loser ABA Strumica keeps the fifth place with five games lost. Kozuv will meet at home Vardar (#7) in the next round where they are favorite. ABA Strumica will play against the league's second-placed Lirija in Skopje and hope to secure a win.

Leader Kozuv delivered the eighth victory on Saturday night. This time they beat 5th ranked ABA Strumica (5-5) 91-83. The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 30-12 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Kozuv well out of reach of ABA Strumica shooting 75.0 percent from the field. They outrebounded ABA Strumica 25-11 including a 23-8 advantage in defensive rebounds. Kozuv shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 85.7 percentage. Serbian power forward Slobodan Bozovic (207-79) scored 20 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and the former international guard Dimitar Karadzovski (190-84, agency: Global Sports Plaza) chipped in 21 points (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) during the contest.
