Catz won Huima 61-69 (33-35) in Aanekoski on Sunday evening and tied the final series. Second meeting between Catz and Huima went on evenly and the lead was changed for six times during the game. Catz started the game sharply as they took 3-9 lead in few minutes. Then the course of the game was changed. Huima caught Catz and took the lead before the period ended. Huima took the first quarter eventually 21-17. In the second period Catz took the control again and led the game a little bit more than Huima. Visitors took the period 12-18 and led 33-35 at the half-time. After the break both teams had some troubles to score. Catz managed to score few points more than Huima and visitors won the third quarter 8-12. In the last period both teams found the way to score again. The match went on really evenly but visitors were slightly better in the end. Catz won the fourth quarter by numbers 20-22 and the whole game 61-69. Alexandria Anderson (185-G/F-86, agency: Regeneracom Sports, college: Chattanooga) was one of the key players of Catz to guarantee the victory. She netted 17 points and took 11 rebounds. Also Kirby Copeland (182-G-85, agency: LBM Management, college: Virginia Tech) scored 16 points along with Elena Reshetko (184-C/F-86) who finished 15 points. Dionne Pounds (174-F-84, agency: Regeneracom Sports, college: Lamar) who was the star in the last game finished 12 points as well.
