Hermine Nantes Atlantique (ProB) strengthened their roster with addition of 23-year old American forward Alex Barnett (198-F-86, college: Dartmouth, agency: Interperformances). Barnett was tested most recently at Cholet Basket (ProA). But he did not impress in 5 games scoring just 3 games in 12 mpg. He graduated Dartmouth (NCAA) last year with stats: 15.6ppg, 7.3rpg, 2.2apg, 1.2spg and 1.2bpg. Dexia Mons-Hainaut strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old American forward Curtis Sumpter (201-F-84, college: Villanova). Sumpter started this season at BCM Gravelines Dunkerque Grand Littoral (France), which team he joined in second part last season. Last year while playing 12 games for Gravelines his stats were: 9.8ppg, 3.7rpg, 1.4apg and 1.2spg. This season he played just 4 games with stats: 6.3ppg and 4.0rpg. [read more]

The team decided sign deal with Everett, due to injury of Daniel Horton (191-G-84, agency: KMG Sports Management, college: Michigan) last week-end against Dijon. The new PG will stay with the club at least until the end of December.

He started it with CEZ Basketball Nymburk, but in October joined JDA Dijon Bourgogne. For 22 Pro A games Everett averaged 11.5 ppg, 2.3 rpg and 3 apg. That was not his only year in France, as he also played for ES Chalon-Sur-Saone a season before. That was 2006/07, when Everett had 11.6 ppg, 5.2 rpg and 5.2 apg for 34 games. He ended it as the fifth leading player in assists. In 2007 he played at the French Pro A All-Star Game and his team reached the Semifinals. Last season Terrell Everett spent with D-Legaue teams Tulsa 66ers and Bakersfield Jam. With the Jam he appeared 26 times averaging 7 ppg, 2 rpg and 2.3 apg. Terrell Everett is a product of University of Oklahoma, where he graduated in 2006. He will make debut tomorrow against Orleans.
