   #1. This week''s top performance spot belongs to an international point guard Tony Parker (183-82). He led San Antonio Spurs to a victory over the Utah Jazz 106-102 in the NBA last Monday. Parker was MVP of the game. He recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and making 11 passes. Parker also added 6 rebounds and 3 steals in 38 minutes. The San Antonio Spurs have a very solid 24-11 record this season. This season Parker has very high stats. he averages: 19.1ppg, 3.0rpg, 8.1apg, 1.1spg, 2FGP: 46.4%, 3FGP: 25.0% and FT: 80.6%. Parker is in the roster of the senior French National Team.

   #2. Number two best French player abroad this week is an international power forward Joakim Noah (211-85, college: Florida). He contributed to a Chicago Bulls'' victory against the Milwaukee Bucks 110-91 in the NBA last Wednesday. Noah had a triple-double by scoring 13 points, grabbing 13 rebounds and passing 10 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). The Chicago Bulls have quite an impressive 29-8 record this season. It was Chicago Bulls'' fourth consecutive victory in a row. It''s Noah''s fifth year with the team. This year his overall stats are: 9.7ppg, 10.1rpg, 2.4apg, 1.3bpg, 2FGP: 50.8% and FT: 75.7% in the 36 games he played so far. Noah is a naturalized American. He is currently a member of the senior French National Team.

   #3. Third place goes to an international forward Nicolas Batum (201-88), who plays in the NBA. Batum could not help the Portland Trail Blazers (18-18) to beat the Los Angeles Lakers despite his very good performance on Monday. He was the top scorer with 18 points. Batum also added 6 rebounds, 5 assists and made 4 blocks in 36 minutes. But the Portland Trail Blazers (18-18) were defeated 92-103 on the road by the Los Angeles Lakers. Batum has relatively good stats this season: 13.8ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.3apg, 1.1bpg, 1.1spg, 2FGP: 49.0%, 3FGP: 42.0% and FT: 82.2%. He is in the roster of the senior French National Team.

Swingman Mickael Pietrus (198-82, agency: Court Side) was not able to help the Boston Celtics (17-17) in their game against the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA despite his very good performance on Wednesday. Pietrus scored 16 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. But the Boston Celtics (17-17) were defeated 104-119 in Oklahoma City by the Oklahoma City Thunder. Nissim scored 12 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 23 minutes. Krka Novo Mesto (1-5) is placed fourth in group K. The Top 16 already ended in the Eurocup. : 8.3ppg, 1.8rpg and 2.2apg. Nissim has a dual citizenship: Israeli and Israeli as he used to play in France. He previously played for the Israeli National Team and is probably not eligible to play for the French team.

   #2. Boris Meno (203-F-83, college: Davidson) contributed to a Basketbal Svitavy''s victory against the closely-ranked BK Usti nad Labem 88-77 in the Czech Republic NBL last Wednesday. He was the top player that evening. Meno scored 19 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. QANTO Basketbal Svitavy (12-19) is placed fourth in A2 group. Meno is ranked second on the list of the best rebounders in the league. This year he has very good stats: 14.6ppg and 8.4rpg in the 29 games he played so far. Meno is another player who holds two passports: Congolese and Congolese as he used to play in France.

   #3. Alfredo Ott (193-G-83, college: Dillard) couldn''t help Lan Mobel ISB (8-9) in their game against Barca Regal II in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) despite his very good performance on Friday. He was the second best scorer with 19 points. Ott also added made 3 passes and 3 steals in 37 minutes. But Iraurgi Saski Baloia Lan Mobel (#8) was defeated 82-94 on the road by the higher-ranked (#6) Barca Regal II. Ott belongs to league''s top scorers and is ranked #1 and also on the list of most steals (second place). This season he has very high stats. Ott averages: 17.8ppg, 3.4rpg, 2.3apg and 2.8spg. He is a naturalized American.

   #4. Elishay Kadir (202-F-87, agency: Avi Zilberman) couldn''t help Hapoel J-M (8-8) in their game against Maccabi T-A in the Israeli Premier League. He scored 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 23 minutes. But Hapoel Migdal Jerusalem (#6) was defeated 100-104 at home by the leading Maccabi T-A. There are only 4 games left until the end of the Regular Season. Kadir has reliable stats this season: 10.8ppg, 5.7rpg and 2.0apg. He has both French and Israeli nationalities. Kadir previously played for the Israeli National Team.

Ludovic Vaty (206-C-88, college: Moraine Valley CC) will have to end his pro career. Heart problems caused a tough and sad decision for the promising player. Ludovic Vaty spent the last two seasons in Gravelines. Last season the centre posted 12.7 points and 5.5 boards per game in EuroChallenge.
