The hosts were already 12 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 25-22 Fos Ouest's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 84-75 at the end of the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American-DR Congolese power forward Bambale Osby (203-86, college: Maryland) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. point guard Simon Darnauzan (178-80) contributed with 18 points and 6 assists for the winners. Osby is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Aix-Maurienne players scored in double figures. Aix-Maurienne's coach Antoine Michon allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
