Arnaud Thinon (178-G-87) will most likely stay with Sorgues for the next season. He was one of their best players over the past two years. The French point guard played 33 games in NM1 this season registering 13 ppg, 2.9 apg and 1.7 rpg. He had almost the same numbers in 2010/11. In 34 games Thinon averaged 12.8 points, 3.4 assists and 2.1 rebs. The player arrived to Sorgues in 2010 from La Rochelle Rupella. They were NM2 Group B champions. Before Rupella, Thinon played for Challans and Poitiers. He won the NM1 title with Poitiers in 2006. Sorgues reached NM1 Quarterfinals this season.
