Boulogne (ProB) announced signing of a one-year contract extension with PG Jonathan Rousselle (190-PG-90). The team also brought in F Valentin Bigote (196-F-92) for the next season. Jonathan Rousselle joined the club last summer. He played 36 games in ProB collecting 10.5 ppg, 4.1 apg and 1.8 rpg. Before Boulgone, Rousselle spent few years with Gravelines. They won the Semaine des As trophy a year ago and reached EuroChallenge Quarterfinals, but Rousselle had limited playing time. In the past, he was a member of the French U21, U20, U18 and U16 National Teams. With U20 France, Rousselle won the Gold at U20 EuroBasket in Croatia, 2010. Valentin Bigote is also a product of Gravelines. He played 11 games in ProA this season averaging 2.1 points. He had almost the same number for 6 EuroCup games. Bigote played for U20 NT last summer and he also played for U18 France in 2010.

Dijon secured the services of Mykal Riley (198-F/G-85, college: Alabama) and T.J. Campbell (175-PG-88, college: Portland) for the next season.
Mykal Riley was supposed to play for Dijon last season. However he was tested positive for prohibited substances and missed one season of action. Mykal Riley joined Bucaneros in January. We bring you last week's top performances from French who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.
#1. This week's number one is an international point guard Tony Parker (188-82, currently plays in NBA). He led San Antonio Spurs to a victory over the Miami Heat (66-16) 114-104 in the NBA in Sunday night's game.
Parker was MVP of the game. He scored 26 points (!!!) and added 5 assists in 36 minutes on the court.
The San Antonio Spurs have a solid 58-24 record this season.
It's Parker's 12th year with the team.
Parker has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 20.5ppg, 3.1rpg, 7.5apg, 2FGP: 51.9%, 3FGP: 35.0% and FT: 82.6% in the 86 games he played so far.
Parker is currently a member of the French senior national team.
#2. Second place goes to former U20 international forward Joffrey Lauvergne (210-91, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Serbia). He was the major contributor in Partizan's victory against the leader Zvezda (22-3) 68-52 in a derby game in the Serbian A League last Wednesday.
Lauvergne recorded a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 11 rebounds.
It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group Superliga. BC Partizan MT:S Beograd (12-2) is placed first.
It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row.
It's Lauvergne's first season with the team.
Lauvergne is currently sixth on the league's list of best rebounders.
He has very reliable stats this season: 11.0ppg, 6.9rpg, 1.3apg, 3FGP: 26.7% and FT: 61.6%.
Lauvergne played for the French U20 national team in 2011.
#3. The French player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Boris Diaw (203-82, currently plays in NBA) is a teammate of previously mentioned Tony Parker. But that was another game of his team in NBA which we would like to mention.
Diaw, who plays in the NBA. He could not help the San Antonio Spurs (58-24) to beat the Miami Heat (66-16).
Diaw recorded 9 points in only 11 minutes.
But the San Antonio Spurs were badly defeated 109-93 on the road by the Heat.
This year Diaw's overall stats are: 5.5ppg, 3.2rpg, 2.3apg, 2FGP: 56.6%(167-295), 3FGP: 38.2% and FT: 74.7% in the 90 games.
He is also a member of the French senior national team.
#4. Guard Leo Westermann (198-92, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Serbia) is a teammate of previously mentioned Joffrey Lauvergne and both played together in the last Serbian A League game.
Westermann managed to help BC Partizan MT:S Beograd to win against the leader Zvezda (22-3) 68-52 in a derby game.
He recorded only 3 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists.
Westermann's total stats this season are: 6.3ppg, 2.5rpg and 3.7apg.
He is also French U20 national team player.

Gravelines: took 1st place (4-2) in Group G of the Regular Season, took 1st
place (5-1) in Group J of the Top16, lost to Krasnye Krylia (RUS) 78-81 in the
Semifinals, lost to EWE Basket (GER) 76-84 in the 3rd place game
Nancy: took 3rd place (3-3) in Group G of the Regular Season
Paris-Levallois: took 1st place (4-2) in Group E of the Regular Season, took
2nd place (4-2) in Group J of the Top16, lost to Karsiyaka (TUR) 1-2 in the
Quarterfinals !!!
