According to French media (Catch-and-shoot), Charles Jackson (203-F-87, agency: Court Side, college: Hawaii-Pacific) will continue his career in France. The American big guy signed a deal with Pau-Lacq-Orthez for the next season. It means that the club gave up on Darryl Monroe (202-C/F-86, agency: Two Points, college: George Mason). Charles Jackson spent 2011/12 season with Turkish TB2L team Best Balikesir Basketbol Kulubu. He shined with 19.4 ppg, 11.6 rpg, 1.5 spg and 1.4 apg for 36 games with the club. Jackson finished the season as top rebounder and second scorer of the league. Before Best Balikesir, Charles Jackson split 2009/10 season between Slovakia and Holland. He had 9.8 ppg and 7.8 rpg for the Eiffel Towers in Dutch Eredivisie. He helped them reach the Semifinals. In Slovakia, he had 19.2 ppg and 11.2 rpg for 17 games with Komarno. That was enough for Jackson to get Eurobasket.com All-Slovakian League Forward of the Year -11 award and also Eurobasket.com All-Slovakian League 1st Team -11. Charles Jackson finished collegiate career with Hawaii-Pacific (NCAA2) in 2009 and before that he spent four years with the University of Illinois.
