Xavier Delarue (196-G/F-77) is no longer a member of Clermont. Two sides parted ways today and Delarue became a free agent. The French swingman had 8.7 ppg, 4.3 rpg and 2.2 apg for 32 games last season. Clermont competed in NM1. In 2010/11, the player averaged 5 points and 2.8 rebounds in 34 ProB appearances. Before Clermont, Xavier Delarue spent one year with Quimper. With them he had 5.1 ppg, 2.5 rpg and 2.1 apg in ProB. In 2008, Delarue won the ProB title with Besancon. He arrived to the club in April of 2008, but had limited playing time in 7 games. In the past, Delarue was a member of Levallois, Nanterre and Chalons. He also has experience from Rouen, Feurs Forez and Sable.

Gregor Beugnot has decided to put an end to his outstanding career in Chalon-sur-Saone. The head coach has decided to leave the team after 10 seasons at helm. Gregor Beugnot has the contract until 2014 but opted to split ways with the team after rather a successful season. Chalon finished fourth in ProA regular season and made it into the playoff semifinal stage. Last season Gregor Beugnot led the team to the ProA title last season.
