American Tim Blue (205-F-84) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's second-best Antibes and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com ProB Player of the Week award for round 12.
The 28-year old forward had a double-double of 26 points and sixteen rebounds, while his team beat Maurienne (#7, 7-5) 81-75. Antibes is placed at 2nd position in French ProB. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Antibes will need more victories to improve their 9-3 record. Blue turned to be Antibes' top player in his first season with the team. Middle Tennessee State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Blue is in league's top in points (5th best: 20.1ppg), rebounds (9th best: 8.3rpg) and averages solid 59.1% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 27-year old American guard Corey McIntosh (183-G-85) of Hyeres-Toulon. McIntosh impressed basketball fans with 30 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists. Bad luck as Hyeres-Toulon lost that game 72-91 to the higher-ranked Fos Ouest (#12, 5-7). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Hyeres-Toulon keeps 17th position. 9 lost games are too many comparing to just three victories Hyeres-Toulon managed to get this year. McIntosh is a newcomer at Hyeres-Toulon and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was American Wilbert Brown (200-PF-84, agency: Z.A.G. - Law Offices) of Maurienne (#7). Brown scored 26 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Despite Brown's great performance Maurienne lost 75-81 to the higher-ranked Antibes (#2, 9-3). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Maurienne needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 7 victories and 5 lost games. Brown has a great season in France. After 11 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 22.8ppg (best scorer).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Patrick Sanders (198-F-85) of Charleville - 30 points and 7 rebounds
5. Vaidotas Pridotkas (200-F-84) of Charleville - 20 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists
6. Wendell McKines (198-F-88) of Rouen - 27 points and 7 rebounds
7. Olivier Romain (182-PG-88) of St Quentin - 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists
8. Drake Reed (196-G/F-87) of Evreux - 26 points and 11 rebounds
9. Jonathan Rousselle (188-PG-90) of Boulogne - 23 points and 8 assists
10. Julien Lesieu (201-C/F-83) of St Quentin - 17 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
