   #1. This week's number one is an international point guard Tony Parker (188-82, currently plays in NBA). He was the major contributor in a San Antonio Spurs' victory against the Milwaukee Bucks (17-16) 117-110 in the NBA in Wednesday night's game. Parker had a double-double by scoring 23 points and making 11 passes in 36 minutes on the court. The San Antonio Spurs have a solid 27-10 record this season. It's Parker's 12th year with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Parker averages: 19.1ppg, 3.1rpg, 7.2apg, 2FGP: 52.6%, 3FGP: 38.6% and FT: 81.9% in the 35 games he played so far. He is currently a member of the French senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international small forward Nicolas Batum (203-88, currently plays in NBA). Batum led Portland Trail Blazers to a victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves (16-15) 102-97 in the NBA last Saturday. He was MVP of the game. Batum scored 26 points (!!!), had 5 boards, handed out 3 passes and blocked 3 shots. The Portland Trail Blazers have 19-15 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This season Batum has very high stats. He averages: 16.3ppg, 5.5rpg, 4.5apg, 1.2bpg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 49.2%, 3FGP: 36.6% and FT: 87.6%. Batum is in the roster of the French senior national team.

   #3. The French player who performed third best last week abroad was former international power forward Joakim Noah (211-85, college: Florida, currently plays in NBA). He contributed to a Chicago Bulls' victory against the Miami Heat (23-10) 96-89 in the NBA on Friday night. Noah had a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 12 rebounds. He also added 4 assists in 37 minutes. The Chicago Bulls have 19-13 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Noah is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his sixth year in Bulls' roster. Noah has very impressive stats this season: 12.7ppg, 10.4rpg, 4.4apg, 2.1bpg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 47.9% and FT: 81.0% in the 31 games. He is a naturalized American. Noah played for the French national team two years ago. Strangely he has never played in France.

Small forward Mickael Gelabale (201-83, agency: Three Eye Sports, currently plays in Spain) helped Valencia Basket edge in an overtime the closely-ranked Gescrap BB (10-6) 113-111 in the Spanish ACB in Sunday night's game. Gelabale recorded 16 points and grabbed 4 rebounds (made all of his ten free throws !!!). Valencia Basket (12-4) is placed third in the ACB. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. It's Gelabale's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year: 12.3ppg and 3.5rpg. Gelabale is also French national team player.

   #5. International center Kevin Seraphin (206-89, currently plays in NBA) helped Washington Wizards edge the Oklahoma City Thunder (26-8) 101-99 in the NBA last Monday. He scored 19 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 38 minutes. The Washington Wizards have rather weak 5-28 record this season. They ended the series of five consecutive loses. Seraphin has very impressive stats this year: 11.1ppg and 5.3rpg in the 32 games. He has a dual citizenship: Guyanese and French. Seraphin plays currently for the French national team.

   #6. Power forward Ian Mahinmi (206-86, currently plays in NBA) helped Indiana Pacers win their game against the Washington Wizards (5-28) 89-81 in the NBA on Wednesday night. He scored 9 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. The Indiana Pacers have 21-14 record this season. Mahinmi's overall stats this year are: 5.3ppg and 3.9rpg. He is a former international player as he played for the French senior team two years ago.

U20 international guard Leo Westermann (198-92, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Adriatic League) helped his Serbian team Partizan win their game against the 11th-ranked Cibona (6-10) 74-68 in the Adriatic League in Saturday night's game. Westermann recorded 9 points and had 3 steals. BC Partizan MT:S Beograd (11-5) is placed third in the Adriatic League. Westermann has averaged so far 7.1ppg, 2.6rpg, 1.9apg and 1.3spg. He is also in the roster of the French U20 national team.

   #10. Forward Tariq Kirksay (199-79, college: Iona, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish ACB was not able to help Asefa Estudiantes (8-8) in their last game. Despite Kirksay's very good performance Asefa Estudiantes lost 68-72 in Vitoria to the second-ranked Caja Laboral. He was the second best scorer with 15 points. Kirksay also added 3 passes in 30 minutes. Kirksay belongs to league's most steals and is ranked #4 with 1.7spg. This year he also averages: 10.5ppg, 5.4rpg and 2.4apg in the 16 games. Kirksay is a naturalized American. He is a former international player as five years ago he still played for the French senior national team. Kirksay used to play for Mulhouse in French league.

   #11. International center Ronny Turiaf (208-83, agency: Priority Sports, college: Gonzaga, currently plays in NBA) managed to help Los Angeles Clippers to win against the Los Angeles Lakers 107-102 in a derby game in the NBA on Friday night. He scored 5 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Turiaf has averaged so far 2.2ppg and 2.6rpg. He plays currently for the French national team.

   #12. Former U20 international forward Aaron Cel (203-87, currently plays in Poland) helped PGE Turow win their game against the ninth-ranked Siarka Jezioro 95-81 in the Polish TBL on Thursday night. Cel scored 12 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 26 minutes. Cel is currently fifth on the league's list of best rebounders with 8.1rpg. This year his other stats are: 11.5ppg, 1.8apg and 1.1spg in the 15 games. Cel used to play for the French U20 national team back in 2007.

   #13. Former international power forward Adrien Moerman (203-88, currently plays in Spain) faced previously mentioned Mickael Gelabale in the Spanish ACB last game. Moerman was not able to secure a victory for Gescrap BB in their game against Valencia Basket. He recorded 5 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. His team was edged in an overtime 113-111. Moerman has averaged so far 6.3ppg and 2.8rpg. He used to play for the French national team three years ago.

   #14. Former U20 international guard Thomas Heurtel (188-89, currently plays in Spain) faced previously mentioned Tariq Kirksay in the Spanish ACB last game. Heurtel helped Caja Laboral win their game against the ninth-ranked Asefa Estudiantes 72-68. He recorded 5 points and added 3 passes in 13 minutes. Heurtel has averaged so far 3.9ppg, 1.8rpg and 3.1apg in the 16 games. He used to play for the French U20 national team back in 2009.

   #15. Former international point guard Rodrigue Beaubois (186-88, agency: Court Side, currently plays in NBA) couldn't help the Dallas Mavericks in their game against the Utah Jazz in the NBA. Beaubois scored 7 points and added 3 passes. His team were defeated 100-94 in the NBA. He has averaged so far 3.1ppg and 1.8apg. Beaubois used to play for the French national team two years ago.

   #1. Afik Nissim (186-PG-81, currently plays in Israel) led Hapoel Eilat to an easy victory against the seventh-ranked Ironi Ashkelon (5-7) 103-85 in the Israeli Winner League last Sunday. Nissim scored 19 points and added 5 passes. Hapoel Eilat (8-4) is placed second in the Winner League. Nissim's total stats this season are: 8.3ppg, 1.8rpg and 3.2apg. He has a dual citizenship: French and Israeli.

   #2. Bandja Sy (203-F, currently plays college basketball in the States) led N.Mexico St. to an easy victory against the The Univ.of Texas - San Antonio (0-4) crushing them 82-62 in the NCAA in Thursday night's game. Sy scored 25 points, had 8 rebounds and made 3 blocks in 31 minutes. The New Mexico State University has 2-2 conference record this season. Sy has been at the team for four years. He has averaged so far 2.2ppg and 2.6rpg in the 33 games he played so far. Sy is another player who holds two passports: Mali and French.

   #3. Roy Samaha (205-F/C-84, currently plays in Lebanon), who plays in the Lebanese Division A could not help Al Moutahed (3-8) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance Al Moutahed was defeated 91-84 on the road by the leading Sagesse. Samaha recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 14 rebounds. The Regular Season already ended. Samaha has averaged so far 8.5ppg and 4.8rpg. He has both French and Lebanese nationalities.

   #4. Antonin Galaya (196-G, currently studies in the States) led N.C.Central to an easy victory against the Virginia University of Lynchburg (18-18) crushing them 97-28 in the NCAA last Tuesday. He scored 18 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists. The N.Carolina Central has 1-0 conference record this season. Galaya has averaged so far 3.1ppg and 1.8apg. He also holds two passports: U.S. Virgin Islands and French.

   #5. Kim Tillie (210-F-88, agency: Priority Sports, college: Utah, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish ACB was not able to help UCAM Murcia (24-6) in their last game. Despite Tillie's good performance his team lost 68-80 in Tenerife to the much lower-ranked (#12) CB Canarias. He recorded 12 points (made all of his six free throws) in only a mere 14 minutes. Tillie has averaged so far 7.8ppg and 3.9rpg in the 16 games. He holds both Dutch and French passports.

   #6. Alfredo Ott (193-G-83, college: Dillard, currently plays in Spain) was the major contributor in a Palencia Baloncesto's victory against one of league's weakest teams Melilla Baloncesto 82-73 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) last Friday. Ott recorded 12 points and added 3 assists in 25 minutes. Ott has averaged so far 9.2ppg, 1.4rpg and 1.5spg in the 13 games. He is a naturalized American. Apparently Ott has never played in France.

   #7. Mari Konate (203-F-88, college: McNeese St., currently plays in Lithuania), who plays in the Lithuanian LKL was not able to secure a victory for the league outsider Naglis Palangos (0-11) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his good performance the bottom-ranked Naglis Palangos was defeated 99-85 at home by the leading Rudupis. Konate recorded 11 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. Konate has averaged so far 5.6ppg and 5.2rpg.

Boris Meno (203-F-83, agency: Two Points, college: Davidson, currently plays in Czech Republic) contributed to an easy victory against the seventh-ranked Levice crushing them 80-56 in the Czech Republic NBL last Saturday. He scored 10 points, had 7 rebounds and dished 3 assists. Meno is currently seventh on the list of top scorers and also on the list of best rebounders (second place). He has individually a very good season with high stats. Meno averages: 17.4ppg, 9.7rpg and 1.2apg. He holds both Congolese and French passports.

   #9. Sylvere Bryan (208-C-81, agency: Interperformances, college: Tampa, currently plays in Italy) couldn't help VL Pesaro in their game against Cimberio Varese in the Italian SerieA. Bryan scored 6 points in only 12 minutes. His team lost 69-82. He has averaged so far 3.1ppg and 3.1rpg in the 14 games. Bryan has French and Italian nationalities.

   #10. Mohamed Kone (211-C-81, college: Valparaiso, currently plays in Iran) couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Foolad Mahan in their game against Mahram in the Iranian Superleague. He scored only 4 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. His team was edged 78-75. Kone has averaged so far 4.0ppg and 4.0rpg. He has dual citizenship: Ivorian and French.

In 31 ProB games he had 5.1ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.3apg last season. The most of previous (2014-15) season Traore spent at Provence Basket where in 18 ProB games he recorded 8.1ppg, 4.4rpg and 1.1apg. Experienced U.S. Virgin Islands-Puerto Rican Walter Hodge (183-PG-86) had an amazing evening in the last round for ASVEL and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 16. The 30-year old playmaker got a double-double of 21 points and eleven assists, while his team beat Nancy (#18, 3-13) 84-71. Thanks to this victory ASVEL moved-up to the 8th position in French ProA.
