Bourges - Tarsus Bld 66:63

Bourges needed a late run to beat Tarsus in the only Game in Group A of EuroLeague. Seventh-ranked Turkish Tarsus Bld made lots of trouble for French Bourges on Wednesday, while Bourges managed to secure only three-point victory 66:63.
The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 40-33 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Bourges outrebounded Tarsus Bld 35-23 including 29 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was Celine Dumerc (169-G-82) who scored 17 points and 5 rebounds. Styliani Kaltsidou (188-F-83, agency: Josep and Nicolas) chipped in 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Delisha Milton-Jones (186-PF-74, agency: Josep and Nicolas, college: Florida) produced 21 points and 8 rebounds and Danielle Marie Robinson (178-G-89, college: Oklahoma) added 13 points and 5 assists respectively for the guests.
Tarsus Bld lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with eight games lost. Bourges will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Tarsus Bld will play at home against UNI Gyor and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
