Robert
32-year old forward Geraldine Robert (183-F-80) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's best team Lattes Montp. and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 17.
She had the game-high 20 points adding seven rebounds and four assists for Lattes Montp. in her team's victory, helping them to crush Villeneuve (#11, 6-11) with 17-point margin 79-62. It allowed Lattes Montp. to consolidate first place in the French LFB. Lattes Montp. have a solid 15-2 record. Robert turned to be Lattes Montp.'s top player in her first season with the team. Robert has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (2nd best: 13.6ppg), rebounds (7th best: 7.8rpg) and averages solid 57.6% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Dawn Evans (170-PG-89, agency: LBM Management) of Arras. She is American guard in her first season at Arras. In the last game Evans recorded impressive double-double of 15 points and 11 assists. It was enough for Arras to edge the higher-ranked Mondeville (#9, 7-10) by 4 points 75-71. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. But Arras left the very bottom place moving slightly to 13th position. 13 lost games are too many comparing to just four victories Arras managed to get this year. Evans is a newcomer at Arras and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Diandra Tchatchouang (186-F-91) of Perpignan (#3). Tchatchouang scored 17 points and grabbed sixteen rebounds (!!!). Despite Tchatchouang's great performance Perpignan lost 73-78 to the lower-ranked Tarbes (#6, 9-8). But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Perpignan needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 11 victories and 5 lost games. Tchatchouang has a very solid season. In 15 games in France she scored 7.1ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Mistie Mims (191-C-83) of Lyon - 24 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists
5. Chay Shegog (196-C-90) of Toulouse - 22 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists
6. Olayinka Sanni (188-C-86) of Villeneuve - 18 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists
7. Angelica Robinson (197-F-87) of Tarbes - 12 points, 10 rebounds and 3 assists
8. Olesia Malashenko (189-PF-91) of Arras - 19 points and 7 rebounds
9. Helena Ciak (197-C-89) of Perpignan - 7 points and 18 rebounds
10. Sheana Mosch (177-G/F-81) of Charleville - 27 points and 6 rebounds

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
