Mondeville hand Novi Zagreb their 6th consecutive loss in EuroLeague. The French side won 79:74 and improved to 5-6 record. Croatian Lupa Promotion meanwhile fell at 1-10 record.
Lupa Promotion was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Mondeville forced 24 Lupa Promotion turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Laetitia Kamba (187-F-87) who helped to win the game recording 14 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Ingrid Tanqueray (166-PG-88) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Latoya Williams (190-C-87, college: Chipola JC) answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and Leilani Mitchell (165-PG-85, agency: LBM Management, college: Utah) added 16 points in the effort for Lupa Promotion.
Mondeville's next round opponent will be USK Praha on the road. Lupa Promotion will play against Perfumerias Avenida in Salamanca.
