Chris Warren
American Chris Warren (178-PG-88) had a great game in the last round for Nanterre and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 19.
The 28-year old playmaker had the game-high 29 points adding two rebounds and eight assists for Nanterre in his team's victory, helping them to beat Le Mans (#11, 9-10) 85-75. Nanterre maintains the 4th position in French ProA. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Nanterre will need more victories to improve their 13-6 record. In the team's last game Warren had a remarkable 62.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be Nanterre's top player in his first season with the team. Chris Warren averages this season 14.4ppg and 4.2apg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 33-year old former international Gary Chathuant (190-SF-83) of Le Portel. Chathuant impressed basketball fans with 26 points and 3 assists. Of course he led Le Portel to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Nancy (#18, 4-15) 98-64. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Le Portel keeps 12th position. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 8-11 record. Chathuant is one of the most experienced players at Le Portel and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was American Dee Bost (188-PG-89, agency: BeoBasket) of top-ranked Monaco. Bost scored 21 points and passed eight assists. He was a key player of Monaco, leading his team to a 91-84 win against the lower-ranked Antibes (#16, 6-13). Monaco confirms their top position in the standings. Bost has a great season in France. After 19 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 5.4apg (7th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Mark Payne (203-G/F-88) of Chalons-Reims - 20 points, 3 rebounds and 8 assists
5. Dario Hunt (206-F-89) of Nancy - 18 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists
6. Justin Cobbs (191-G-91) of Gravelines - 22 points, 2 rebounds and 7 assists
7. Jason Rich (191-G-86) of Paris-Levallois - 24 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists
8. Darrin Dorsey (188-PG-87) of Le Portel - 21 points, 2 rebounds and 6 assists
9. Myles Hesson (198-F-90) of Gravelines - 18 points and 6 rebounds
10. David Holston (168-PG-86) of Dijon - 14 points, 4 rebounds and 8 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
