   #1. This week's number one is an international shooting guard Nando De Colo (196-87, currently plays in Euroleague). He led his Russian team CSKA to a victory over the sixth-ranked Crvena Zvezda (12-10) crushing them 102-80 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game. De Colo was MVP of the game. He recorded 25 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists in 25 minutes on the court. CSKA Moscow (16-6) is placed second in group A. De Colo has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 19.5ppg, 3.4rpg, 3.7apg, 2FGP: 56.0%(70-125), 3FGP: 42.1% and FT: 95.2%(80-84) in 15 games he played so far. De Colo is currently a member of the French senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international guard Thomas Heurtel (189-89, agency: BeoBasket, currently plays in Euroleague). He was the main contributor in an Anadolu Efes' victory against the bottom-ranked Armani Milano (7-15) 90-86 in the Euroleague last Thursday. Heurtel was the best player in that game. He recorded 17 points and added 6 passes (made all of his five free throws). Anadolu Efes Istanbul (11-11) is placed eighth in group A. Heurtel has relatively good stats this season: 13.8ppg, 1.8rpg, 5.7apg, 2FGP: 52.1%, 3FGP: 39.4% and FT: 88.0%. He is in the roster of the French senior national team.

   #3. The French player who performed third best last week abroad was former U20 international power forward Guerschon Yabusele (201-95, currently plays in China). Yabusele contributed to a Shanghai Sharks' victory against the league outsider Bayi Rockets (6-30) 98-91 in the Chinese CBA on Wednesday night. He was the top player that evening. Yabusele scored 30 points (!!!) and grabbed 8 rebounds in 23 minutes. Shanghai Dongfang Sharks (29-7) are placed second in the CBA. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Yabusele has very impressive stats this year: 21.4ppg, 9.4rpg, 1.9apg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 62.7%(200-319), 3FGP: 37.2% and FT: 69.7% in 35 games. He played for the French U20 national team two years ago.

Guard Rodrigue Beaubois (185-88, currently plays in Spain) was the major contributor in Baskonia's victory against one of league's weakest teams Blusens Monbus (5-14) 87-86 in the Spanish Liga Endesa in Sunday night's game. Beaubois scored 18 points. Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz (14-6) is placed fifth in the Liga Endesa. This season Beaubois has relatively solid stats: 13.2ppg, 1.9rpg and 1.7apg. He is also French national team player.

Despite Fournier's very good performance the Orlando Magic (21-36) was edged 112-111 on the road by the Philadelphia 76ers. He was the top scorer with 24 points. Despite Batum's very good performance the Charlotte Hornets (25-30) were defeated 107-102 in Los Angeles by the Clippers. He was the top scorer with 25 points. Batum also added 6 rebounds and dished 8 assists. This season Batum has very high stats. He averages: 15.1ppg, 7.3rpg, 6.1apg and 1.1spg. Batum is an international player who is currently on the senior French National Team roster.

Despite his very good performance the Utah Jazz (34-22) lost 105-112 at home to the Dallas Mavericks. Gobert had a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting the same number of rebounds. An experienced international point guard Tony Parker (188-82, currently plays in NBA) helped San Antonio Spurs win their game against the Philadelphia 76ers 111-103 in the NBA on Wednesday night. Parker scored 18 points and added 5 assists. He has reliable stats this season: 10.8ppg, 1.9rpg and 4.8apg. Parker is also in the roster of the French national team.

   #13. International shooting guard Fabien Causeur (195-87, currently plays in Euroleague) couldn't help Brose Baskets in their game against Panathinaikos in the Euroleague. Moerman recorded 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Moerman has averaged so far 9.6ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.1apg. He is also in the roster of the French national team.

   #1. Kim Tillie (210-PF-88, college: Utah, currently plays in Euroleague). He could not help Baskonia (12-10) to beat Maccabi T-A (8-14). Tillie recorded 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 17 minutes. The seventh-placed Baskonia (12-10) was edged 85-84 on the road by the lower-ranked (#13) Maccabi T-A in the group A of Euroleague. Tillie has averaged so far 5.4ppg and 3.7rpg in 21 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Dutch and French.

   #2. Mattia Udom (200-F-93, currently plays in Italy) contributed to an Angelico Biella's victory against the 16th-ranked Agropoli (5-16) 88-78 in the Italian Serie A2 (second division) in Sunday night's game. Udom scored 10 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 20 minutes. Angelico Biella (16-5) is placed first in West group. It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row. Udom averaged so far 11.0ppg and 5.4rpg in 17 games. He is another player who holds two passports: French and Italian.

   #4. Natan Jurkovitz (199-F-95, currently plays in Switzerland) contributed to Fribourg's victory against the sixth-ranked Lugano Tigers (9-7) 88-75 in the Swiss LNA on Sunday night. Jurkovitz recorded a double-double by scoring 11 points and getting the same number of rebounds. He also added 8 assists, 3 blocks and 3 steals. Fribourg Olympic (13-3) is placed first in the LNA. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Jurkovitz has averaged so far 7.9ppg, 3.4rpg, 1.5apg and 1.2spg. He also holds two passports: French and Swiss.

   #5. Experienced Roy Samaha (205-C-84, currently plays in Lebanon) managed to help Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut in a victory against the closely-ranked Louaize (6-6) crushing them 118-69 in the Lebanese Pepsi LBL in Saturday night's game. Samaha scored only 4 points and had 3 steals in 10 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut (6-0) is placed first in the Pepsi LBL. So far his team won all six games in the Regular Season. Samaha has averaged so far 3.0ppg, 1.5rpg and 1.5spg in two games. He has dual citizenship: French and Lebanese.

   #6. Elishay Kadir (202-PF-87, currently plays in Basketball Champions League) was not able to help Maccabi Rishon in their game against EnBW Ludwigsburg in the Basketball Champions League. Kadir recorded 6 points. His team was badly defeated by 17 points 83-66. Kadir has averaged so far 4.8ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.6apg. He holds both French and Israeli passports.

   #7. Mikael Maruotto (201-SF-91, currently plays in Switzerland) contributed to Monthey's victory against the ninth-ranked Massagno 82-71 in the Swiss LNA on Sunday night. Maruotto scored 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 24 minutes. Maruotto averaged so far 11.6ppg, 3.4rpg and 1.1apg in 14 games. He has French and Swiss nationalities.

   #8. Navid Niktash (203-G/F-91, currently plays in United Kingdom) was not able to secure a victory for London Lions in their game against Leicester Riders in the British BBL. Herve Lamizana (208-F/C-81, agency: Basket Management Solutions, college: Rutgers, currently plays in Taiwan) contributed to a Yulon Luxgen's victory against the closely-ranked Taiwan Beer 83-77 in the Taiwanese SBL last Sunday. He had a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 11 rebounds. Lamizana also added 4 assists and 8 blocks in 40 minutes. Lamizana has individually a very good year with high stats. AS Monaco Basket (ProA) inked 26-year old American guard Aaron Craft (188-88kg-91, college: Ohio State). He played most recently at Dolomiti Energia Trento in Italian Serie A. In 44 games he recorded 10.3ppg, 4.2rpg, 4.8apg and 2.3spg (leader !!!) last season. Craft helped them to make it to the final. ADA Blois Basket 41 (ProB) signed 22-year old Mali international center Drissa Ballo (208-95). He will still stay in France where he played last season at Maurienne in the ProB. In 30 ProB games he had 5.0ppg and 4.1rpg. He helped them to make it to the French ProB Leaders Cup Semifinals. Ballo won French ProB championship title in 2016.
