   #1. This week's number one is an international shooting guard Nando De Colo (196-87, currently plays in Euroleague). He led his Russian team CSKA to a victory over the sixth-ranked Crvena Zvezda (12-10) crushing them 102-80 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game. De Colo was MVP of the game. He recorded 25 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists in 25 minutes on the court. CSKA Moscow (16-6) is placed second in group A. De Colo has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 19.5ppg, 3.4rpg, 3.7apg, 2FGP: 56.0%(70-125), 3FGP: 42.1% and FT: 95.2%(80-84) in 15 games he played so far. De Colo is currently a member of the French senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international guard Thomas Heurtel (189-89, agency: BeoBasket, currently plays in Euroleague). He was the main contributor in an Anadolu Efes' victory against the bottom-ranked Armani Milano (7-15) 90-86 in the Euroleague last Thursday. Heurtel was the best player in that game. He recorded 17 points and added 6 passes (made all of his five free throws). Anadolu Efes Istanbul (11-11) is placed eighth in group A. Heurtel has relatively good stats this season: 13.8ppg, 1.8rpg, 5.7apg, 2FGP: 52.1%, 3FGP: 39.4% and FT: 88.0%. He is in the roster of the French senior national team.

   #3. The French player who performed third best last week abroad was former U20 international power forward Guerschon Yabusele (201-95, currently plays in China). Yabusele contributed to a Shanghai Sharks' victory against the league outsider Bayi Rockets (6-30) 98-91 in the Chinese CBA on Wednesday night. He was the top player that evening. Yabusele scored 30 points (!!!) and grabbed 8 rebounds in 23 minutes. Shanghai Dongfang Sharks (29-7) are placed second in the CBA. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Yabusele has very impressive stats this year: 21.4ppg, 9.4rpg, 1.9apg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 62.7%(200-319), 3FGP: 37.2% and FT: 69.7% in 35 games. He played for the French U20 national team two years ago.

Guard Rodrigue Beaubois (185-88, currently plays in Spain) was the major contributor in Baskonia's victory against one of league's weakest teams Blusens Monbus (5-14) 87-86 in the Spanish Liga Endesa in Sunday night's game. Beaubois scored 18 points. Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz (14-6) is placed fifth in the Liga Endesa. This season Beaubois has relatively solid stats: 13.2ppg, 1.9rpg and 1.7apg. He is also French national team player.

Despite Batum's very good performance the Charlotte Hornets (25-30) were defeated 107-102 in Los Angeles by the Clippers. He was the top scorer with 25 points. Batum also added 6 rebounds and dished 8 assists. This season Batum has very high stats. He averages: 15.1ppg, 7.3rpg, 6.1apg and 1.1spg. Batum is an international player who is currently on the senior French National Team roster.

Despite his very good performance the Utah Jazz (34-22) lost 105-112 at home to the Dallas Mavericks. Gobert had a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting the same number of rebounds. Moerman recorded 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Moerman has averaged so far 9.6ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.1apg. He is also in the roster of the French national team.

   #1. Kim Tillie (210-PF-88, college: Utah, currently plays in Euroleague). He could not help Baskonia (12-10) to beat Maccabi T-A (8-14). Tillie recorded 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 17 minutes. The seventh-placed Baskonia (12-10) was edged 85-84 on the road by the lower-ranked (#13) Maccabi T-A in the group A of Euroleague. Tillie has averaged so far 5.4ppg and 3.7rpg in 21 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Dutch and French.

   #2. Mattia Udom (200-F-93, currently plays in Italy) contributed to an Angelico Biella's victory against the 16th-ranked Agropoli (5-16) 88-78 in the Italian Serie A2 (second division) in Sunday night's game. Udom scored 10 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 20 minutes. Angelico Biella (16-5) is placed first in West group. It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row.    #4. Natan Jurkovitz (199-F-95, currently plays in Switzerland) contributed to Fribourg's victory against the sixth-ranked Lugano Tigers (9-7) 88-75 in the Swiss LNA on Sunday night. Jurkovitz recorded a double-double by scoring 11 points and getting the same number of rebounds. He also added 8 assists, 3 blocks and 3 steals. Fribourg Olympic (13-3) is placed first in the LNA. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Experienced Roy Samaha (205-C-84, currently plays in Lebanon) managed to help Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut in a victory against the closely-ranked Louaize (6-6) crushing them 118-69 in the Lebanese Pepsi LBL in Saturday night's game. Samaha scored only 4 points and had 3 steals in 10 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut (6-0) is placed first in the Pepsi LBL. Herve Lamizana (208-F/C-81, agency: Basket Management Solutions, college: Rutgers, currently plays in Taiwan) contributed to a Yulon Luxgen's victory against the closely-ranked Taiwan Beer 83-77 in the Taiwanese SBL last Sunday. He had a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 11 rebounds. Lamizana also added 4 assists and 8 blocks in 40 minutes. Lamizana has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 18.9ppg, 9.3rpg, 2.8apg, 3.0bpg and 1.6spg in 28 games. Lamizana holds both Ivorian and French passports.

France - Belgium 85-60 France overcame Belgium at the start of the home International Tournament. France had a slow start, but came up with a massive 85-60 win.
