Dinma
Odiakosa
31-year old Dinma Odiakosa (203-C/F-85, agency: Inception Sports) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Le Havre and receives a Eurobasket.com ProB Player of the Week award for round 23.
He had a double-double of 17 points and 17 rebounds, while his team crushed Boulogne (#17, 8-15) with 25-point margin 95-70. Le Havre is placed at 7th position in French ProB. Le Havre is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 12-11 record. Odiakosa turned to be Le Havre's top player in his first season with the team. Illinois State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Odiakosa leads league in rebounds with 10.0rpg. Odiakosa is in league's top in and averages solid 57.8% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Mohamed Kone (211-C-81) of Charleville. He is naturalized Ivorian center in his first season at Charleville. In the last game Kone recorded impressive double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as Charleville lost that game 79-84 to the lower-ranked St Chamond (#14, 10-13). This loss caused Charleville to drop to 4th position in the standings. His team's 13-10 record is not bad at all. Kone is a newcomer at Charleville and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Frank Turner (178-PG-88, agency: Inception Sports) of Blois (#5). Turner scored 19 points and passed fourteen assists (!!!). He was a key player of Blois, leading his team to a 94-78 easy win against the lower-ranked Rouen (#12, 10-13). Blois needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 13 victories and 10 lost games. Turner has a great season in France. After 23 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 6.4apg (best passer).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Jean-Victor Traore (204-PF-85) of Lille - 17 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists
5. Ryan Rhoomes (203-C-92) of St Quentin - 11 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists
6. Junior MBida (204-C-90) of Lille - 27 points and 6 rebounds
7. Youssou Ndoye (213-C-91) of Bourg - 17 points and 10 rebounds
8. Soriah Bangura (200-PF-93) of Rouen - 17 points and 7 rebounds
9. Christopher McKnight (201-PF-87) of Nantes - 21 points and 11 rebounds
10. Rayvonte Rice (193-G-92) of Maurienne - 17 points and 7 rebounds

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
