Turkey started Day 2 at the U20 European Championship with the victory over Georgia. The team improved to 1-1 record after 103:67 win.
The score was tied at 7:7 and then Beka Burjanadze (203-F-94) gave Georgia their lead at 9:7. Turkey meanwhile replied with a 13-0 run and then closed the period at 25:16. Georgia replied with 22-16 in the second frame and reduced to 3 points at the halftime. Turkey started the third quarter with six unanswered points in the first 30 seconds as part of a 14-2 run, after which the Turkish side never looked back. Turkey added 36-17 in the last quarter to score three digit number.
Berkay Candan (204-F-93) exploded with 36 points and 10 rebounds, while Ramazan Tekin (212-C-93) and Safak Edge (188-PG-92) nailed 12 each. Samet Geyik (205-PF-93) followed them with 8 points in a win. Duda Sanadze (196-G/F-92) replied with 25 points in the losing effort and Irakli Alkhanaidze (202-F-92) as well as Beka Burjanadze poured in 12 each. Nodar Tenieshvili (198-F-92) ended up with 10 points in a loss.

Rustavi - Dinamo Tbilisi 86-112 Dinamo Tbilisi rallied past Rustavi on the road to complete the sweep of the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Dinamo Tbilisi. Energy Invest managed to win third quarter 27-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening.
