Nikoloz Tskitishvili
#3. The Georgian player who performed third best last week abroad was former international power forward Nikoloz Tskitishvili (212-83, currently plays in Lebanon). Tskitishvili was the major contributor in Champville's victory against the seventh-ranked Bejjeh (4-9) crushing them 107-85 in the Lebanese Division A in Wednesday night's game. He recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and getting 11 rebounds. Tskitishvili also added 5 blocks. Champville (9-4) is placed third in the Division A. It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Tskitishvili is currently sixth on the list of best rebounders and also on the list of best blockers (second place). He has individually a very good season with high stats. Tskitishvili averages: 18.4ppg, 10.9rpg, 2.1apg, 3.0bpg, 1.1spg, 2FGP: 61.4%(43-70), 3FGP: 37.5% and FT: 78.1%. He played for the Georgian national team two years ago.

So now every game will be critical. It's Thomas' first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year: 11.3ppg, 6.0rpg and 2.0apg in the nine games he played so far. Thomas is a naturalized American. He used to play for Army Sport Klub Tbilisi in Georgian league.

Superleague Round 8: Dinamo Tbilisi beats Olimpi in a derby game - 2 days ago

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Tbilisi: Dinamo Tbilisi (#1) and Olimpi (#7). But Olimpi won fourth quarter 23-22. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dinamo Tbilisi looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the w...   [read more]
