There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in Superleague.

The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Tbilisi: Dinamo Tbilisi (#1) and Cactus Tbilisi (#4). Cactus Tbilisi was crushed at home by 25 points 67-92 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Cactus Tbilisi. The game was mostly controlled by Dinamo Tbilisi. Cactus Tbilisi managed to win third quarter 23-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dinamo Tbilisi dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Cactus Tbilisi's 38. Dinamo Tbilisi forced 19 Cactus Tbilisi turnovers. It was a great evening for the former international point guard Nodar Gogodze (191-94) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 5 rebounds. Center Ilia Londaridze (205-89) helped adding 14 points and 5 rebounds. At the losing side American center John Florveus (211-90, college: Georgia) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dinamo Tbilisi maintains first place with 18-1 record. Cactus Tbilisi at the other side keeps the fourth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Sokhumi. Dinamo Tbilisi are looking forward to face Energy Invest (#3) in Rustavi in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Cactus Tbilisi's supporters also look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Tbilisi to the arena Olimpi.
Another exciting game was again a derby between two teams from Tbilisi: Sokhumi (#5) and Olimpi (#7). Sokhumi (8-11) won against visiting Olimpi (5-13) 90-76. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Dwayne Lathan (190-89, college: Indiana St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Oleksandr Tishchenko accounted for 16 points and 6 rebounds. Sokhumi's coach Nugzar Cheishvili allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American guard Tre Burnette (196, college: S.Dakota) came up with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds for Olimpi in the defeat. Sokhumi moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Cactus Tbilisi. Olimpi at the other side keeps the seventh position with 13 games lost. Sokhumi will play against Batumi (#6) at home in the next round. Olimpi's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Tbilisi Cactus Tbilisi.
The game in Batumi supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked Kutaisi (14-4) played at the court of 6th ranked Batumi (7-12). Kutaisi smashed Batumi 96-70 on Tuesday. Defending champion maintains second place with 14-4 record having five points less than leader Dinamo Tbilisi. Loser Batumi keeps the sixth position with 12 games lost. Kutaisi will meet bottom-ranked Mgzavrebi (#8) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Batumi will play against Sokhumi in Tbilisi and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last game of round 19 bottom-ranked Mgzavrebi lost to Rustavi on the opponent's court 69-86.
