Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Georgians who are currently playing abroad.

Tornike Shengelia
Tornike Shengelia
#1. This week's number one is an international forward Tornike Shengelia (206-91, currently plays in Euroleague). He led his Spanish team Baskonia to an easy victory against the 14th-ranked Brose Baskets (9-18) crushing them 96-71 in the Euroleague in Tuesday night's game. Shengelia had a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 12 rebounds in 24 minutes on the court. Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz (16-11) is placed sixth in the Euroleague. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Shengelia has relatively good stats this year: 11.5ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.4apg, 2FGP: 51.5%, 3FGP: 52.6%(10-19) and FT: 76.5% in 19 games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Georgian senior national team.

Corey Fisher

#2. Second place goes to former international point guard Corey Fisher (186-88, college: Villanova, currently plays in Lithuania). This season Fisher averages: 9.3ppg, 2.3rpg, 3.6apg, 2FGP: 38.0%, 3FGP: 31.0% and FT: 80.3%. He is a naturalized American. Despite Fisher played previously for the USA university national team, he played also for the Georgian national team in 2012. Strangely Fisher has never played in Georgia.
