Chemnitz wins Bundesliga Nord Finals as they defeated Berlin 77:66 in Game 3. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. ChemCats Chemnitz forced 20 Berlin turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Berlin's players. It was a great evening for American forward Candace Williams (183-88, college: New Hampshire) who led her team to a victory scoring 30 points and 8 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Her fellow American import guard Eryn Jones (172-90, college: Portland St.) helped adding 22 points. The best for the losing side was Lena Gohlisch (173-93) with 28 points and 4 assists and Patricia Brossmann (181-97) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds.
