Brose Baskets defends Beko BBL Title as they swept the Final series over Ratiopharm. The winner of the Regular Season celebrated a 97:95 win in Game 3 to win the series 3-0.
The hosts trailed by 6 points after three quarters before their 29-21 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Brose Baskets looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. 27 personal fouls committed by ratiopharm Ulm helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American guard Brian Roberts (188-G-85, agency: Interperformances) who scored 16 points and 6 assists. Serbian forward Predrag Suput (200-F-77, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in 15 points and 5 assists. Five Brose Baskets players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Isaiah Swann (188-G-85, college: Florida St.) who recorded 36 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Per Guenther (185-G-88) added 17 points, while Keaton Nankivil (203-F-89, college: Wisconsin) scored 13.

Brose Baskets take 2012 Cup trophy beating Telekom Baskets Bonn 82:73 in the Final game. They started confident and did not allow the opponents to change the scenario of the game. The winners opened the game with 29-17 and had 11-point advantage at the halftime. Moreover they added 13-12 in the third period and did not mind 23-26 in the last stanza. Marcus Slaughter (204-C/F-85, college: San Diego St.) stepped up with 17 points and Predrag Suput (200-F-77, agency: Beo Basket) netted 16. Casey Jacobsen (198-G/F-81, college: Stanford) scored 12, whilst Anthony Leon Tucker (198-F-85, college: Texas) and Jenkins Julius notched 9 apiece. Battle Talor replied with 19 points in defeat and Tony Gaffney (204-F-84, college: Massachusetts) added 17.
In the game for the third place New Yorker Phantoms Braunschweig lost to ratiopharm ulm 68:85. Roderick Trice (191-F-84, college: S.Carolina) top-scored for the winners with 19 points and John Bryant (208-C-87, college: Santa Clara) notched 12. Michael Umeh (188-PG-84, agency: Pro One Sports, college: UNLV) erupted with 31 points in the losing effort.

International Allstars - National Allstars 89:84

International Allstars edge National Allstars in ARENA Ludwigsburg. The show brought 89:84 victory in front of more than 4000 spectators.
National Allstars started better and reached 26-15 after the first period. International team bounced back with 24-20 and reduced to 46:39 at the halftime. Anthony Leon Tucker (198-F-85, college: Texas) scored for 57:51, while the board showed 66:55 at the end of thirty minutes. John Bryant (208-C-87, college: Santa Clara) reduced to 72:71 and Chris McNaughton scored for 76:75. Isaiah Swann delivered for 84:83 and then the victory belonged to the International players.
John Bryant became the Man of the Match for the International team. He top-scored for the winners with 23 points. Chevon Troutman (202-F-81, agency: ACMT, college: Pittsburgh) delivered 15, while Anthony Leon Tucker posted 14. Heiko Schaffartzik (182-G-84) ended up with 15 points in the losing effort.
