Last season he socoed in double figures in 29 games and had some massive games against Ludwigsburg with 23 points and 22 points against ratiopharm Ulm.
The American who will be going into his ninth professional season and eighth in Germany is happy about staying and understands how rare it is today to stick around for so long with one team. "It is very rare for an American player to play four seasons for the same team like a FC Bayern Munich. I am very thankful about this and am very happy about it. I am awaiting that we work very hard at developing the winning culture and team chemistry from the start of training camp that will allow us to reach our season goals", warned Bryce Taylor (193-SG-86, agency: BeoBasket). Taylor had his best season as a FC Bayern Munich player in the BBL playing 35 games averaging 13.6ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.7apg, 1.1spg, FGP: 59.5%, 3PT: 48.2%, FT-1 (93.9%); Euroleague: 9 games: 6.7ppg, 3.6rpg, 1.3apg, FGP: 40.0%, 3PT: 30.4%, FT: 88.2%; Eurocup: 8 games: 7.6ppg, 3.5rpg, 2.0apg, FGP: 35.3%, 3PT: 30.8%, FT: 92.9%. As a result the four time BBL allstar picked up Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga 1st Team. Even if it took the club longer to extend the contract of Taylor, it was still obvious it would happen sometime. "There was never any debate that we wouldn't take the option. He is an important building block in our roster planning as he stabilized his game at a high level an dtakes responsibility. Alos he identifies himself with FC Bayern Munich and that makes him even more valuable for us", stressed Marko Pesic.
