Lea Mersch
#2. Second place goes to an international guard Lea Mersch (170-87, currently plays in Czech Republic), who plays in the Czech Republic ZBL. Mersch could not help DSK Karlin (2-11) in their last game on Saturday. Despite her good performance DSK Karlin was badly defeated 74-57 on the road by the much higher-ranked Sokol Hradec Kralove (#3). Koop was not able to help Pall.Pozzuoli (2-5) in their game against Parma (5-2) in the Italian A1. She was the second best scorer with 9 points. Koop also added 5 rebounds in 25 minutes. But Pall.Pozzuoli was crushed 95-54 on the opponent's court by the higher-ranked (#3) Parma. It's Koop's first season with the team. This year her overall stats are: 6.7ppg, 5.7rpg and FT: 37.5% in the seven games. Koop is also a member of the German senior national team.
