Olympiacos thumped Panathinaikos on the road to celebrate A1 title. Olympiacos Pireus held Panathinaikos to an opponent 25.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 33.3 percent accuracy of the winners. The best player for the winners was American forward Lykendra Johnson (185-89, college: Michigan St.) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds. The other American import forward Hallie Christofferson (190-91, college: Iowa St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. American power forward Diana Delva (188-88, college: Hartford) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds and the former international forward Sofia Kiriakopoulou (185-81) added 8 points respectively for the hosts. Panathinaikos' coach Konstantinos Papadopoulos rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Athinaikos held off PAOK to clinch the Bronze medals. Athinaikos made 17-of-18 charity shots (94.4 percent) during the game. Athinaikos outrebounded PAOK 45-23 including a 15-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. American guardHailey Dunham (188-87, college: USC) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds. Swingman Vassiliki Daskalopoulou (178-84) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Four Athinaikos players scored in double figures. Guard Dimitra Telidou (170-80) replied with 26 points and swingman Stavroula Spanidou (179-84) added 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for PAOK.

Olympiacos clinch Cup title - Mar 21, 2016

Olympiacos lifted the Greek Cup title. They overcame Panathinaikos in the Final. Lykendra Johnson (185-F-89, college: Michigan St.) notched 15 points and 12 rebounds to pace the winners. She was named the MVP.
Panathinaikos got to a slightly better start to the game. They recorded a 20:15 lead after ten minutes. Panathianikos stayed in charge throughout the second frame. They built a 33:25 halftime advantage. However Olympiacos took over in the second half. The Reds pulled ahead in the third term and arrived at the final intermission up by 5 points 48:43. Olympiacos protected the advantage throughout the final term and raced to the victory. Evina Stamati (181-F-84) netted 13 points, while Tania Chalivera (178-G-85) added 10 points for the winners. Diana Delva (188-F/C-88, college: Hartford) answered with 16 points and 10 rebounds for Panathinaikos. Sofia Kiriakopoulou (185-F-81) topscored with 18 points in the defeat.
