After the results of the 19th round, the team of Panelefsinaikos is all alone in the top seat of the table as with the new road win over AEK Argos and with the parallel defeat of Apollon Patras in Lavrio (82-68) is now leading with one point in the table. In the other games we had the first victory after five weeks for AEK against Ikaroi Serron (69-56), the difficult win of Doxa Lefkadas over Arkadikos (71-65), the succesfull home victory of Pierikos Arhelaos over Ermis Perama (89-79), the easy win of OFI over Panerythraikos (64-51), the derby game between Ermis Lagkada over Pagrati (81-79) and finally the victory of Amyntas Dafnis over Nea Kifisia (81-75). The amazing fact now in the league of A2 is that the positions between the 3rd place and the 10th place have only 2 points difference so any team within 2 weeks could end up from the 3rd to the 10th position of the league. The results in more details were as follows: OFI - Panerythraikos 64-51 Quarters: 15-14, 33-35, 49-41, 64-51 The American lewis had a car problem so he arrived in the court only at the half time, his presentation though was very crucial as he was the main reason of the come-back of his team in the second half as during the first 2 periods the home team of Coach Hugaz was facing some serious ptoblems from Sotiris Katoufas (206-F-79) and his team-mates. The ex player of Ikaros Kallitheas was super in the first half and he was the leading figure for the visitors. Lewis's organisationals skills together with his scoring abilities changed the momentum of the game and Ofi took an easy victory at the end of the game Top scorers: OFI: Lewis 10, Nikos Orfanos (190-G-82) 13, Panagakis 10 and 9 assists Panerythraikos: Sotiris Katoufas 20 points and 7 rebounds, Kallaniotis 12
AEK - Ikaroi Serron 69-56 Quarters:24-15, 41-27, 57-38, 69-56 No problem for AEK in Coach Karagiannis second game, the players of the newcomer head Coach lead the way from the beggining to the end with differences reaching the 23 points up to a level in the second half. Vaggelis Sklavos (202-F-77) who is wanted from the Italian league was the MVP of the game with his 18 points and his domination in both edges of the court. Top scorers: AEK: Kourtis 10, Vaggelis Sklavos 18 and 7 rebounds, Falekas 10 Ikaroi: Kamberidis 12, Simeonidis and Giorgos Theodorakos (197-F-88) 17 per head
Ermis Lagkada - Pagrati 81-79 Quarters:17-25, 40-47, 59-64, 81-79 A great come-back for the home team of Coach Baxevanis who turn around the game at the very end as Apostolos Koutroulias (206-C-76) and his team-mates were close to a surprising road win but at the end they couldn't defend the prospective victory and they lost the game. Pagrati started the game quite aggressively and with the trio of Dimakos, Apostolos Koutroulias and Sigkounas was leading even with 13 points the game with control basketball and tough defence. The dramatic last minutes though changed the momentum mainly due to the great game by Savvas Iliadis (192-G-79) who was a real leader in the court using his A1 experience all these years, while on a very close distance was Anagnostopoulos. Top scorers: Ermis: Kekelis 10, Savvas Iliadis 21, Anagnostopoulos 15, Nisiotis 11 Pagrati: Dimakos 16, Apostolos Koutroulias 22 and Sigkounas 13
AEK Argous - Panelefsinaikos 52-85 Quarters:10-28, 18-40, 35-59 52-85 Not many words needed to a game of 33 points difference besides the two teams have at least two divisions difference as the top seated team of Coach Skarafingas will play eventually in the A1 after 4 months while on the same period the team of Coach Vourdoulas will play in the second division (if not the third one due to financial issues) Top scorers: AEK Argous: Tsambis 11, Stevovic 18. Doxa Lefkadas - Arkadikos 71-65 Quarters: 13-10, 29-24, 51-36, 71-65 A great derby took place in Lefkada where the home team succeded to perform a great third period which was actually the period to win the game as in the particular period the players of Coach Vournas overscored their opponents by 22-12! The game was balanced for the first two periods with the home team having a small control, the situation changed in the 3rd period when Nikos Pettas (195-G-81) dominated in both edges and with the assistance of Pekovic took the biggest deficit. The 4th period was a typical story Top scorers: Doxa Lefkadas: Matenidis 12, Vagenas 12, Nikos Pettas 15, Pekovic 14 Arkadikos: Papadakis 11, Tsiotras 12, An Gizogiannis 21 and 9 rebounds.
Lavrio - Apollon PAtras 82-68 Quarters: 24-16, 44-35, 60-55, 82-68 The passionated home team of Head Coach Serellis succeeded a great home win and didn't let the up until this morning top seated team of Coach Vetoulas to win the game for a third concecutive season in Lavrio. With many financial discrepancies the team of Lavrio found the strength to play a very solid defence and decent basketball and finally to succeed a great win with 14 points difference. Lavrio had the total control of the game from the beggining and never face any real problem by Apollon Players. Coach Vetouals saw both his Bosman players to remain in the total zero as both Krolo and Virijevic remain pointless as they played only 7 and 11 minutes in the game. The perfomance of the Cyprus international Vassilis Kounas (195-G-84) was amazing as he scored 10 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds in his first triple double figure in his career the last decade that playes basketball in the Greek courts. Lavrio: Giannis Kakiouzis (205-F-78) 16 points and 9 rebounds, Vassilis Kounas 10 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds, Perrakis 12, Nikos Psileas (200-F-80) 21. Apollon Patras: Petrovic 13, Argropoulos 20, Giannis Lianos (194-G-88) 25.
A great game took place in Katerini where the ex Coach of the team, Sorotos visited his team but left unsatisfied as Pierikos was much better in some key elements of the game and took the victory without a lot of difficulties at the end. The gamew as a derby for at least 33 minutes, the last seven minutes were typical case as teh players of Sorotos got tired and start shoting without success. With solid basketball and good and organised offenses the team of Coach Galanis added another success in their record and now with a record of 7-12 is closer to the teams of Panerythraikos and Ermis Perama who have an 8-11 record. Pierikos Arhelaos: Pehlivanis 16, Thodoris Panaras (195-F-77) 23, Martzos 13. Perama: koronidis 12, Nikos Michalos (192-G-77) 14, Pashalis 11, Tsarouhas 10

Of course it will be Paulos' first season in professional basketball. His game is described as: ( By Chris Mammides):
Nick Paulos is a super skilled forward, an absolute sniper from downtown but at the same time a very good rebounder and a man with silky moves in the paint who can block, defend and steal the ball at any given moment. He is a 'born to kill' player with 100% offensive instincts. Paulos is a dangerous from behind the three-point arc, he is a tremendously skilled six-foot-eight forward who not only shows a feathery jumper but also the versatility to handle and pass the ball, along with a tremendously high basketball I.Q. He has very long arms which can help him to play defense on much shorter and much taller players, not only does he have an effortless shooting stroke with deep range, but he handles and passes the ball with equal efficiency and without having any real problems while his style reminds the one of Pat Kalathis, another Greek American small forward who's currently playing in the Greek league. He is most definitely of a very good quality and his future is ahead for many great things. His only weakness is that he needs to add some weight in muscles and to work a bit his personal defense.
