22-year old forward Breanna Brock (187-F-90) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's best team AO Ellinikou and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 3.
She had the game-high 23 points adding four rebounds for AO Ellinikou in her team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Panionios (#12, 0-3) with 56-point margin 89-33. It allowed AO Ellinikou to consolidate first place in the Greek A1. They maintain perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but AO Ellinikou already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. Brock turned to be AO Ellinikou's top player in her first season with the team. University of Missouri graduate has very impressive stats this year. Brock is league's best scorer averaging so far 20.7ppg. Brock is in league's top in and averages solid 2.7spg and 80.8% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Fedra Skiadopoulou (191-C-90) of Terpsithea. She is international center in her first season at Terpsithea. In the last game Skiadopoulou recorded impressive double-double of 16 points and 13 rebounds. Bad luck as Terpsithea was edged by Ikaros Kalitheas (1-2) 62-58. The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Skiadopoulou is a newcomer at Terpsithea and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Anastasia Gotzi of Kronos AD (#6). Gotzi scored 17 points. She was a key player of Kronos AD, leading her team to a 89-36 easy win against GAC Eunikos (#10, 0-3). Kronos AD needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 1 lost games. Gotzi has a great season in Greece. After only 2 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.0ppg (3rd best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Niki Hatzakou (175-G-82) of Aris - 18 points, 3 rebounds and 10 assists
5. Maria Xanthou (185-F-82) of Kronos AD - 16 points, 10 rebounds and 2 assists
6. Katerina Glyniadaki (196-C-86) of Asteras - 10 points, 12 rebounds and 3 assists
7. Afroditi Kosma (187-F/C-83) of Athinaikos - 19 points and 8 rebounds
8. Aikaterini Spatharou (172-G-83) of Athinaikos - 15 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists
9. Roula Mouli (177-G-85) of Aris - 12 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists
10. Kayla Dykstra (188-F-87) of PAOK - 13 points and 10 rebounds

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
