There was no lack of excitement in the last round games. The round ended with loss of the undefeated team and derby games.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Panathinaikos (5-1) in Athens on Saturday night. Visitors were edged by Athinaikos (6-0) 78-75. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Panathinaikos. It was a key game for the top position in the league as both teams had the same 5-0 record before this meeting. It was a great shooting night for Athinaikos especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 66.7 percentage. The former international power forward Afroditi Kosma (187-83) scored 23 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international guard Lolita Lymoura (180-85, agency: LBM Management) chipped in 7 points and 8 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American power forward Diana Delva (188-88, college: Hartford) with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 12 rebounds. Undefeated Athinaikos have an impressive six-game winning streak. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with AO Ellinikou.
