Dionysios

AE Neas Kifisias beat with 73-70 the team of Koroivos and continue its winning stake reaching the 7-0 leading the competition, while from a close distance is the team of Filathlitikos who thrashed the team of OFI with 88-60 with Saloustros and Costas Andreopoulos (206-C-87) being the top men of the game.
Other than that in the 7th week was the most crucial for Agia PAraskevi as the team of Coach Hatzipanigiris succeeded its first road win which took place in Iraklion against the home team with 74-89. Ikaroi Serron with the young talented Dionisios Kapiniaris (185-G-91) who scored 22 points and stole the ball 6 times from his opponents beat the team of Ermis Lagkada with 93-81 while Trikala after the first two weeks have increased their winning stake to five after beating Doxa Lefkadas 66-62. Last but not least the game between Lavrio and Arkadikos was the best of the week since the home team finally beat the visitors in a thrilling game with 82-81 after a great comeback in the 4th period and with an outstanding Dionysios Giannakopoulos (195-G/F-82) who was also the man of the 7th week.

The games in more details:

Irakleio - KAP 74-89
Periods: 18-23, 33-39, 53-61, 74-89
No problem for the team of Coach Hatzipanigiris against the weak team of Iraklion. The visitors took an early lead from the first period and they were simply increasing it. Especially the second half the home team was very bad from the parameter and with a game in anarchy simply lost another game while and at the same time, unless serious changes takes place the team of Coach Rallis will be the first team to become top favorite for the Second division.
Irakleio: Arnaoutakis 10,
Antonis Godopoulos (185-G-81) 20 but with 5 false balls and a 3/13 three pointers.
KAP: Sinnis 13 (3), Tsiakas 10, Manavopoulos 10, Kostas Vardavas (193-G-81) 20 (11 rebounds), Psileas 16

Fialthlitikos - OFI 88-60
Periods: 14-12, 40-27, 54-43, 88-60
The team of Coach Zivas is keep "winning" and this time with some new talented players in its menu since the top scorers in the team since Costas Andreopoulos was the man of the match even if he played only for 18 minutes, followed by the usual suspect Christos Saloustros while another three players followed on double digits with Adetokoubo brothers being among the stand outs of the team
Filathlitikos: Thanassis Adetokoubo 12, G. Adetokoubo 10, Costas Andreopoulos 14, Saloustros 14, Giannoulakos 10 and 9 rebounds.
OFI: Dojcinov 13, Vassilis Kitsoulis (204-F-83) 23 and 9 rebounds

Ikaroi Serron - Ermis Lagkada 93-81
Periods: 21-22, 51-43, 76-61, 93-81
An exciting game took place in Serres where the defenses were invisible while the offences were more than obvious. Totsios and Dionisios Kapiniaris did a wonderful duet to end the game with 45 points 10 rebounds and 7 steals! Ermis on the other hand was able to defend itself only for the first 12-13 minutes as after that it was simply following the home team which was increasing the difference by playing simple basketball.
Ikaroi: Pehlivanis 11 (3), Totsios 23, Simeonidis 18, Nikoloudis 14, Dionisios Kapiniaris 22.
Ermis: Onasoglou 13 , Plioukas 11, Giorgos Anagnostopoulos (207-C-80)s 23 and 11 rebounds

Trikala - Doxa Lefkadas 66-62
Periods: 14-13, 30-33, 48-46, 66-62
A difficult win for the home team of Coach Tzimas (the fifth continuous) over Doxa Lefkadas with Coach Vournas team defending itself until the very last minute in a derby game which the visitors with Paraskeva Martzos (197-F-85, agency: FCM) as a leading figure stayed in the game until the end,
Trikala: Sotiris Gioulekas (202-F-79) 17, Kaklamanos 11, Papachristos 15
Doxa: Matenidis 10, Manousos 12, Paraskeva Martzos 17 and Matic 12

AENK - Koroivos 73-70
Periods: 21-24, 38-36, 50-51, 73-70
AENK's most difficult win was the one of the 7th week since the visitors of Coach Nipergialis with Branislav Tomic (205-F/C-80) in the leading role succeeded not only to remain in the game but also to thread the top seated team until the very end of the game. Vaggelis Karaboulas (198-F-81, agency: FCM) was the man of he match with his 100% success from the charity line and 10 of 10!
AENKN: Moshovitis 16, Vaggelis Karaboulas 19, Sioutis 13, Petrodimopoulos 13
Koroivos: Noeas 16, Karydas 11, Branislav Tomic 17, Tsocic 14

Lavrio - Arkadikos 82-81
Periods: 22-17, 40-39, 53-57, 82-81
The home team of Coach Serelis finally grabbed the victory from the hands of Thodoris Tsiotras (198-G-87) and hit team-mates. The visiting site of Coach Kastritis was better for most of the game but they were unlucky as they were against the top man of this week's and one of the most solid guards of the A2 the last many seasons Dionysios Giannakopoulos. The Kalamata born and race player scored 31 points, won 14 fouls from his opponents, dashed down 5 rebounds while he had also 7 assists in his top game the last 23 months!
Lavrio: Kakiouzis 20, Dionysios Giannakopoulos 31, Lymberopoulos 15
Arkadikos: Djurdjevic 10, Thodoris Tsiotras 25, Cubrilo 14, Govas 14, Sigkounas 15 and 10 rebounds
