Igor
Milosevic
We are just three weeks from the year 2013 and the A1 league is towards its ninth week with Olympiakos being dominant in all the courts (in both Europe and Greek courts) while Panathinaikos recovering from the total recall suffered last summer, and with the addition of Jason Kapono (officially is joining forces with the Greens early next week) and the possible comeback of Antonis Fotsis (rumors do bring the Greek international forward to be just a step away from Panathinaikos) will be ready to the top 16 where is officially entered after the difficult victory over the Slovenians of Ljubljana. Panionios has officially eliminated from the next round of the Eurocup even though its first positive result came only 2 days ago with the amazing 101-100 over the Belgians of Oostende had no real outcome since the first three negative results suffered eliminates the Greek team from its European duties which obviously could have gone better if at least one player from the free agent list was a member of the specific roster, obviously Coach Sferopoulos will announce at least 2 players in the next two weeks as he was able to identify the weakness of the team. Kavala which performs very good in the Balkan league added its first victory in the Greek league and is now with 1-7 record breathing a bit better with the latest additions in its roster (Gagaloudis, Nikolaidis and Grundy). Other than that, all the other teams that do not have any other European obligations other than the Greek league are not doing very well and this is obvious as this week we had another three players leaving their teams after mutual agreement since their performances were not the expected ones. Nevertheless, this week we had the signatures of some of the players being in the list like Trian Iliadis in Wildcats Australia, Marios Matalon in OFI Crete, Dan Mavraides in Juve Caserta while Nic Livas returned to his team after the injury suffered a month ago, while within the next couple of days we do expect another couple of names in our list to find their new team

So, the Free agent list at this stage is as follows:

Guards
Theodoros Papaloukas (200-PG-77)
Igor Milosevic (193-G-86)
Adonis Chatzicharalambous
Gregory Ktistou
Michael Bizoukas
Nicolas Blanas (183-PG-80, college: Toronto Uni.)
Fotis Lioutas (193-G-80, college: S.New Hampshire)
Milos Pavlisevic (196-SG-82)

Forwards
Panagiotis Vassilopoulos
Lazaros Seferidis (192-G-82)
Demtri Harris (198-SF-90, college: St.Marys)
Antonis Kesisoglou (206-F-91)
Luke Hristou (195-F-88)
Milos Sakota (204-F-84)
Marios Skamnakis (200-F-89)

Centers
Dimos Dikoudis
Jacob Blankenship (207-C-90)
Miroslav Raicevic (208-C-81)

Despite Antetokounmpo's very good performance the Milwaukee Bucks (20-20) lost 98-111 on the road to the Atlanta Hawks.    [read more]
