Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Greeks who are currently playing abroad.

Evanthia Maltsi
Evanthia Maltsi
#1. This week's number one is an experienced international forward Evanthia Maltsi (180-78, agency: Josep and Nicolas, currently plays in Turkey). She led Kayseri to a victory over the tenth-ranked Antakya (3-5) 84-76 in the Turkish TKBL in Sunday night's game. Maltsi was MVP of the game. She scored 26 points (!!!), made 5 passes and 3 steals in 34 minutes on the court. Pankup TED Kayseri Kolejspor (7-1) is placed second in the TKBL. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Maltsi's first year with the team. Maltsi is currently third on the list of best passers and also on the list of most steals (second place). She has individually a very good year with high stats. Maltsi averages: 15.5ppg, 3.6rpg, 4.8apg, 2.8spg, 2FGP: 53.7%, 3FGP: 37.8% and FT: 93.8%(15-16) in the eight games she played so far. She is currently a member of the Greek senior national team.

Stefanie Murphy
Stefanie Murphy
#2. Second place goes to former international power forward Stefanie Murphy (192-89, college: Boston Coll., currently plays in France), who plays in the French LFB. Murphy could not help Union Hainaut (1-11) in their last game on Sunday. Despite her very good performance the bottom-ranked Union Hainaut was badly defeated 78-58 on the road by the much higher-ranked Basket Landes (#7). Murphy was the top scorer with 20 points. She also added 6 rebounds and made 2 blocks. It's Murphy's first season with the team. Murphy is currently sixth on the league's list of best rebounders. She has very reliable stats this season: 11.3ppg, 7.8rpg, 2FGP: 42.3%, 3FGP: 29.6% and FT: 77.3%. Murphy is a naturalized American. She played for the Greek national team in 2010. Strangely Murphy has never played in Greece.

Peli Papamichail
Peli Papamichail

She was the major contributor in Ragusa's victory against the 12th-ranked College Italia (0-10) crushing them 74-43 in the Italian A2 (12th division) on Saturday night. Papamichail scored 20 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 32 minutes. Passalacqua Spedizioni Ragusa (11-0) is placed first in South group. So far her team won all eleven games in the Regular Season. Papamichail has relatively good stats this year: 13.4ppg, 9.5rpg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 61.1%(58-95) and FT: 83.8% in the 11 games. She is also a member of the Greek senior national team.

But that was another game of her team in Eurocup which we would like to mention. Dimitrakou contributed to Kayseri's victory against the closely-ranked Mersin (5-1) 91-87. She recorded 9 points. It was the game of the round between two top 2 ranked teams in group E. Pankup TED Kayseri Kolejspor (3-1) is placed first. It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row. Dimitrakou's overall stats this season are: 9.0ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.5apg. She used to play for the Greek national team back in 2009.

Styliani Kaltsidou
Styliani Kaltsidou
#5. International forward Styliani Kaltsidou (188-83, another player represented by Josep and Nicolas, currently plays in Euroleague) was not able to help Bourges (5-2) in their game against Wisla Can-Pak (4-3) in the Euroleague. Kaltsidou scored 6 points in 27 minutes. The second-placed Bourges lost 64-68 in Krakow to the lower-ranked (#3) Wisla Can-Pak in the group A of Euroleague. They ended the series of four consecutive victories. Kaltsidou has been at the team for four years. This season her overall stats are: 5.0ppg and 2.3rpg in the three games. One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Greek passport:
