Vladimir Jankovic, Antonis Fotsis and Sasha Pavlovic gave interview to serbian basketball website www.doubledouble.rs in which they have spoken about their fantastic careers, Panathinaikos, basketball in general and new coach Sasha Djordjevic...

Interview Vlada Jankovic

1. You have played great game against Zalgiris. PAO looked like superpower in Europe in that game. What has changed in approach in comparing to bit weaker start in Euroleague?

It is the beginning of the season, we had a lot of trips and a lot of bad moments with injuries. In 40 days we visited 16 different cities! Pappas and Bochoridis are out with bad injuries, then it was me with back spasm and also Kuzmic and Gist! Calathes is playing with broken finger It is not easy to find rhythm under these situations. Even I don't like excuses, these are facts.

2. PAO has won both derby games this season. Do you think that you have advantage against your archrival?

These were good victories. But both belong to the past. It is important who will be the winner at the end. We believe that we will be the winners.

3. You are generally very good shooter. What is happening with your 3pt shooting this season, Vlada?

Nothing changed in my mind! I have self confidence and I will always make the best in order to help my team. Basketball is not only shooting! There will be bad games in shooting, so you have to help your team in other parts like rebound, defense, energy But first of all you have to make everything possible for your team to win.

4. How do you feel working with Sasha Djordjevic?

He is a great coach. He is always ready to help us. Everybody knows him as one of the best European players of all time and he is a great personality, a winner.

Interview Antonis Fotsis

1. You are playing legend of PAO. How do you feel about it?

After so many years in Panathinaikos you can realize that you couldn't dream something better when you started playing basketball. We have a lot of great times, many much more than bad times. A lot of titles, a lot of memories, a lot of great teammates and friends and one of the best European crowd in OAKA. What's best?

2. Dimitris and you are both PAO icons. Are you aware that all Green will suffer heavily when you and BIG D leave pro basketball?

Panathinaikos will always be in the top. There were a lot of legends who played for the team in the past and after their departure, Panathinaikos was still great. There will be successors for us also.

3. How do you keep your great shooting form all this years?

There are no secrets Training and love for basketball. I'm still enjoying my time on the court and this is very important.

4. What can you say to us about working with your new head coach Sasha Djordjevic?

Everybody knows him. He is a great personality of European basketball. Always he was a leader and he knows what every player needs. So it is a great experience.

Interview Sasha Pavlovic

1. Sasha, how do you like playing in Greece? Is it completely different experience than playing in Serbia, or similar in some way?

Every country, every championship is different. But in general I love playing in Greece. It is a great level of basketball and I am having great time.

2. Grobari are missing you. Do you miss playing for Partizan, your friends from here, and Pionir Hall atmosphere? Is your story with Partizan finished, or there is some possibility of your return sometime?

Sure I miss Partizan. I have talked so many times about this and everybody knows that. But now I am playing for Panathinaikos and I am happy.

3. You have impressive dribbling and first step. Where have you learned that fantastic move? Do you know that Petar Aranitovic has stolen it from you? Haha

I think I was born with that. And I made a lot of practice for that, because you must work hard if you want to play to the top level. I know about Petar, he stole it from me but I am not mad at him as long as he is doing it correct.

4. How do you like playing for Sasha Djordjevic?

I love playing for Sasha. He is the best. He was a great player and he is a great coach now. I am very happy to be part of his team.
