Eleventh-ranked Kronos AD (8-13) gave a tough game to second ranked Marousi (15-6) on Sunday. The visitors from Marousi managed to secure only two-point victory 67-65. However their fans expected much easier game. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Kronos AD. Marousi have a solid series of three victories in a row. Newly promoted Marousi maintains second place in South with 15-6 record having five points less than leader Kastoria, which they share with Koropi. Kronos AD at the other side dropped to the twelfth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Proteas V.. Marousi is looking forward to face Zografou (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Kronos AD will play against the league's leader Peristeri GS in Athens and is hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
Important game to mention about took place in Athens. Sixth ranked Ionikos Nikaias (12-9) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging 3rd placed Papagou (14-7) 65-64 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Papagou. Ionikos Nikaias maintains sixth place in South with 12-9 record, which they share with Panelefsiniakos. Papagou at the other side dropped to the fourth position with seven games lost. They share it with Panerythraikos. Ionikos Nikaias will play against Tritonas S. (#10) in the next round. Papagou will play against Ergotelis (#14) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game between Top Four teams took place in Kastoria. First ranked host Kastoria (20-1) smashed 4th placed Evropi (12-9) 91-59. Kastoria have an impressive series of fifteen victories in a row. They maintain first place in North with 20-1 record. Evropi lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the fourth position with nine games lost. They share it with Agriniou. Kastoria will meet Gefyra (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Evropi will play against Periko/Arhelaos (#14) and hope to secure a win.
B League top team - Peristeri GS (17-4) added another victory to their record. This time they beat twelfth ranked Proteas V. (8-13) in Voulas 73-67. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Peristeri GS. They maintain first place in South with 17-4 record. Newly promoted Proteas V. keeps the twelfth position with 13 games lost. Peristeri GS's next round opponent will be Kronos AD (#12) which should be an easy win for them. Proteas V. will play against Panelefsiniakos in Eleusina and hope to win that game.
An interesting game took place in Stratoni where higher ranked Stratoni (11-10) was upset on its own court by tenth ranked Xanthis (10-11) 71-56 on Sunday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Stratoni. The victory was the third consecutive win for Xanthis. They moved-up to ninth place in North, which they share with Charilaos TM and Gefyra. Loser Stratoni dropped to the sixth position with ten games lost. Xanthis will face league's second-placed Karditsas in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.

There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 21:
In North Agriniou won against Filippos Veroias on the opponent's court 80-70. HANTH managed to outperform Ermis Lagkada in a home game 71-53. Anatolia was rolled over Karditsas on the road 73-49. Charilaos TM defeated Aias Evosmou on its own court 58-44. Gefyra was beaten by Ermis Agias in a road game 83-69. Periko/Arhelaos won against Polygirou at home 78-74.
In South Koropi managed to outperform Tritonas S. on the opponent's court 86-80. Mandraikos managed to beat KAP in a home game 66-54. Nea Kifisia was defeated by Panerythraikos on the road 80-71. Apollon Sm. was beaten by Panelefsiniakos on its own court 58-65. Ergotelis lost to Zografou in a road game 58-75.

Stratoni - Xanthis 56-71

An interesting game took place in Stratoni where higher ranked Stratoni (11-10) was upset on its own court by tenth ranked Xanthis (10-11) 71-56 on Sunday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Stratoni. The victory was the third consecutive win for Xanthis. They moved-up to ninth place in North, which they share with Charilaos TM and Gefyra. Loser Stratoni dropped to the sixth position with ten games lost.
